Another potential legal pitfall; In my state we have a "Concealed Handgun Permit". So for backpack use, a concealed SBR would not be legal, but a concealed pistol w/brace would be legal. God gun laws are dumb.
I wonder if you form 1 the 320 trigger group as an SBR, is it always an SBR whether you use a stock or brace. Could you switch your registered 320 from the Raider SBR to the Raider brace and cross state lines?
@@WindowLickingDeer don't quote me on this, but from what I remember about conversations on SBR ARs is that once it's F1-ed it can go either way based on configuration. So your SBR can be configured as a pistol, but your pistol cannot be configured as an SBR.

Got one for my M&P 2.0C. I had a sig 320 just sitting around watching the others and wishing to go out and play with the others. Then I found the fire control unit (FCU) for my 320 and man was it a game changer. Now it’s a happy sig 320 because it goes out with the others. 😂 Wish my brace was spring loaded but it’s still fun to shoot. I configured my chassis to hold two back up mags plus one mag in the unit for a total of 51 plus 1. Hope to make it 63 plus 1 when I can find two more 21’s. Great video!
I wish someone would make something like this for pistols that have a slide mounted red dot, and be designed in such a way that you could quickly attach it to the pistol. Think optional stability for a carry pistol.

Nothing has convinced me to part ways with my Hera Arms Triarii with a padded buffer tube (stock actually hinders targeting speed. Nothing. It’s bigger but with a 3 second install, forces the pistol to shoot glass flat, I can write my name on target paper with it and no NFA. Yes.

I have a KPOS Scout and a Micro Roni for my G17. These Chassis are sweet, but the LOP for the brace/ Stock (SBR) will have to be longer for me. I need the optic to be further away for my eyes, because I need readers. I have a FCU Exo One waiting for my stamp to come in for my P320’s FCU. This is a good video helping me to review these products.
Having to SBR the B&T kills it. Doesn't mean its not cool, but if im going on the books for an SBR, that won't be near the top of the list. The p320x is a fantastic pistol btw. Highly recommended.
Threaded barrel on the Raider is 5.5 inches vs the standard 17L barrel being 6 inches. Not much difference, and the Raider is more compact, especially when accounting for 2 mags on the gun, 40 rounds a smaller, quicker package.
Just contacted FLUX: their email to me said that they are currently not producing Raiders, as they may be retooling, and will have to get another supplier for the resin. May produce a "heavy" frame for the Glock 20. Someone should invest in this guy & his product(s), as he could literally sell every one the produce. Waiting.........
Eric, have you ever heard of the Glock 34? You keep talking about the 17L, why not go to the 34 instead? 5.31" barrel, designed out of the box as a target/duty weapon. I realize this is 2 years after you made the video, but how about a follow up explaining why you prefer the 17L to the 34? Also on the cheap side ever heard of the Recover 20/20 stabilizing kit for the Glock, not quite as fancy as these 2 chassis rigs, but comes with it's own "holster" so that you can carry your rig on your belt.
I agree. I stated in my comment these make no sense for the cost. It takes to much time to set them set up if they aren’t already configured and ready to deploy. The cost when you figure in the price of the gun is close to higher end PCC’s. I have a MPX, MP5, a crappy blow back AR9 and a CMMG banshee. I would take them all over a chassis system for sure. Always carry a pistol and have a rifle in the car/truck for real serious problems. If not a rifle then a dedicated PCC will do but just say no to chassis systems unless it’s just to have one for plinking. I can’t see any situation where I would want that over my Sig MPX which is just as small with a folding stock/brace. That’s just my opinion.

Foldy stock I'm not super fond of as much as I am that spring loaded brace. But the vertical grip is a nice bonus.

You should have threw in a Chairmanwon Digital Nimbus Labs invader in the g17 with a comp flavor!
