@@everythingaeropilates you’re welcome, it’s only since I came across your videos it reignited my love for Pilates, especially during lockdown, and I’m not fit or a slim chick anymore 😅 so I brought a stand for my reformer and now have it permanently set up in the bedroom. So thank you, I absolutely love using it. Hope to see more videos 👍
@@jubs2780 It is so great that you have the stand too! That is a helpful addition to the AeroPIlates. I think it makes the machine much more accessible, so we can just jump on here and there. The stand is definitely a blessing! How wonderful that you are getting back into pilates! We "un-slim" gals can do pilates too. And I am grateful for how I feel after using my AeroPilates. Congrats on using your reformer and getting the stand! And thank you, again, for commenting. It is really encouraging to read. Have a wonderful weekend. :)
This is so great, even on a Monday night! Thanks so much! So helpful and timely since I'm dealing with plantar fasciitis and was told that I have to stretch out my calves. The "running" on the toe bar is much doable than stepping up and down on a yoga block and the hamstring stretch with the straps are so much more efficient than me and my yoga strap. You're so awesome, motivating and a calming voice! Thank you!
Stretching is great on a Monday night. A wonderful way to prepare for the week ahead. You are so right, "running" is really good for plantar fasciitis. I completely forgot that I used to have that. I had it for 3 years and it is gone from this machine. Thank you for reminding me of one more thing that the AeroPilates has done for my body. I am so glad that you were able to stretch your calves in this workout. Keep it up and I hope your plantar pain heals too. And thank you, again, for commenting. It is really great to hear from viewers. You all feel like friends. :)
@@everythingaeropilates Thank you! Yes, totally like friends! Oh, and you're right - stretching but also gaining strength on the Aeropilates! Take care!
Just what my body/mind needed - thank you! I don't have an Aero Reformer. Can you please explain your cords system on your reformer? What do they mean? For example I have a (4l) red spring which means heavy, and my one blue is considered light. Hope that makes sense. 😉 Thank you for doing a teaching that my body allows!
You are so welcome! And thank you for commenting, it is always encouraging! The cords on the AeroPilates work similarly to your springs, although, the springs are top-of-the-line, so congratulations! Our black cords are considered medium and are about 24lbs of weight, the red cords are stronger than the black (about 34lbs), and the yellow cord is the lightest, about 16lbs. Many machines have all black cords, but their newer models are often colorful and we do have the option to buy the other colored cords if we want to change the black ones. Hope that makes sense! Enjoy your Pilates reformer! :)
So great! Will try it tonight!
I love your videos. Your descriptions are so helpful.
