Hi there! It is so good to hear from you (as always). Well, I am having to recertify as a personal trainer because it has been so long. I am working on that now and hope to be back in the next couple of months with new videos. I hope that you and your family are doing well. :)
@@everythingaeropilates Thank you so much for the update! All is good here and I look forward to seeing your new videos. Till then I hope that each day brings you joy!
Great beginner workout! Challenging enough but not complicated. I like the diagonal feet position which made me feel different muscles. Btw, one thing that your channel did to help me use my reformer more is just switching out the toe bar and the rebounder without screwing in the big securing screws to the frame. Such a simple thing, I know, but I thought it was such a hassle and avoided it all together - meaning avoiding exercising on the AeroPilates. Thanks for being so practical and also pointing out little details in your videos! It's fun to workout with you! :)
I am glad you like the different foot positions on the video. I had a good time making this one. Rebounding can definitely be fun. I feel like a kid again when I am jumping. :) Yes! Isn't it great to realize that you do not have to screw the toe bar and rebounder in every time. I did not figure that out on my own. I watched the demonstrations and the creator of the AeroPilates mentioned that she never does and recommends that it is not done by others UNLESS they feel unsafe when they are not screwed in. After seeing her say that, I stopped screwing mine in too. We are free from those time-consuming screws. :)
Hi, just found your channel and subscribed, I’ve recently given a new home to a 4 cord aeropilates and am loving your beginner workouts they are the perfect level and speed for me. Hope you are keeping well and I’m hoping to see you in more great videos. Thank you x
Hi, I really enjoy your videos. They were such a motivator for me to get on my reformer. They are simple to follow and that is a blessing. Look forward to seeing more.
Thank you for your thoughtful comment! I appreciate it. I will be making more videos soonish... Once I am able to start filming again, they should be regular. Thanks again for watching and taking the time to comment.. I hope you see loving your AeroPilates. :)
I just found your videos and am encouraged to try my machine again. I have a 3 cord rebounder and never had success. I found the workout videos I had too fast and complicated to follow, would workout and overdo it and then stop, lose interest and months later repeat the process... it just never stuck. You had me at losing pant sizes and your slow informative workout. I am 40 lbs overweight and out of shape. Would you be so kind as to give me an outline to follow so I can begin to use your videos to get myself going. If I see results, I will do the workout... and you have seen results so I'm thrilled to have found you. THANK YOU SOOOOO MUCH
Thank you, so much, for taking the time to comment! I completely understand what you mean about the videos that came with the machine. They are wonderful, but very fast which was discouraging. I am so glad that you like this workout. If you are consistent, I think you will love the changes in the way you look, and more importantly, feel. You actually came up with a really wonderful idea, to make a workout plan. Let me get back to you within the next few days with that. I will try to make a "playlist" of sorts so that you won't get bored. That is very smart and I thank you for thinking of it. :)
Your comment is so sweet, thank you! We are in the process of another move...which is great because I will finally have room to film videos again. I hope that you are using and loving your AeroPilates! :)
I am so glad these videos are useful to you! Thank you for taking the time to leave such a thoughtful comment. I hope you are loving your AeroPilates!! :)
I just got a used 4 cord Aeropilates with the stand. It is an old model (359) but for $100, I can’t complain. I can’t wait to try this exercise. Thank you for making these videos.
Wow! You got an amazing deal!! You paid less than a stand costs alone. How are you liking your machine? It is great to hear that you purchased an AeroPilates. It has changed my life and I am excited for what it can do for you. :)
How many times a week when you first started did you used your machine? I have been using mine for about a month, I am trying to loose weight. I really need your help. I am learning from your videos on you tube. PLEASE HELP? Annette Williams
Thank you again for your comment, I truly appreciate your support!! This is a fun workout. Rebounding makes me feel like a kid all over again. I am so glad you like it. :)
Hi there, how are you? Thanks for checking in on me. We are actually moving again, which I am excited about because I will have room to film. Right now, I do my own exercise in a narrow hall with no video angles (other than some inappropriate ones). I hope to have a new video up sometime in May (which seems far away, but will go fast). I hope that you are doing well and are still using and loving your AeroPialtes. :)
@@everythingaeropilates Great to hear from you! I am doing well and yes, I still use and love my Aeropilates! Can't wait for your new videos! Till then, best wishes on your move.
Love your videos, they’re a God send! I had my right hip replaced in 2014 & wanted to ask if you have any recommendations or advice for positions (do’s & dont’s) for someone that’s had a hip replacement. My surgeon told me not to do Yoga, but Pilates, instead. TIA 😊
Aww, thank you so much for the comment! I really appreciate your words. For your hips, I would just be careful when changing leg positions during the warm-up foot work. Just move more slowly when turning out your legs. Clear everything with your doctor, of course, but if he has cleared you for exercise and said that pilates will be good for you, you should be good to go with these movements. What I love about the AeroPilates is that it is gentle and loving for your whole body. The creator of this "home" reformer had a hip replacement and this machine helped her heal. I am so happy that you have this!
Hi, I just want to know that I really love your videos and want to thank you for the amazing info you have given about Aero Pilates. I just bought a second-hand machine that looks brand new but didn't realise that it was better to have pulley risers and the model that I have doesnt have them. I heard you say on another video about someone that you could email about a possible solution so I just thought I would ask you here if you could let me know what it is please :)
Congratulations on getting your AeroPilates! I hope that you are loving it! I like having the pulley risers because I am a bit bigger and wasn't as flexible when I first begun, but really, no pulley risers gives you a great machine still. If you are looking to add pulley risers, you can contact the creator of the AeroPilates machine herself and she will get back to you. The email is customercare@lighterliving.com. Send in your question about the pulley risers (you may mention your model #) and you should get a response. :)
Hello :) please can you help me choose a model? I tried contacting Aero Pilates without success. Now what is the one u recommend if i want something wide for the carriage, i see it is 20” which is quit small but i guess u said in a video the premier is 24 or 25 inch? So, is it only the Premier models for wider carriage? Or also 5 cords one? Please let me know i would really appreciate it. And does all of them have sounds while using it?
Hello! How exciting that you are getting an AeroPilates! This machine has changed my life and I think you will really love it! I apologize for not getting back to you sooner. It sounds like the model you want is the Premier 700 or the Premier 701. These have the extra width at the bottom for your hands (24 inches). The 5 cords have a rectangular bed that is 20 inches wide all the way down. The only 5 cord that is different is the very first model, the 5000, which is no longer available for purchase (unless you find a used one near you). That model is the only 5 cord with the 24-inch bed at the bottom. Let me say, that when my Mom began using the AeroPilates, she was a plus-size 24 and she used the 20 inch 5-cord just fine. She rests her arms on the side and has always been comfortable, SO, if you like the color of a 5 cord better, you will still love it. The Premiers are both 4 corded machines, but keep in mind that 4 cords are really all you need. Please let me know if you have any other questions. And congratulations on getting an AeroPilates!
@@everythingaeropilates thank uuu. Ok now i will go with premier 700. But i need some confirmation from ur experince is it a “premier” according to other models? Or? As they have way so many models!
@@Maioona Yes, the Premier model has some really nice upgrades when compared to the other models. *It comes with the stand in the box, which is an amazing value. *It has the head and neck pillow included (which I love). *As we discussed, the platform is the widest available and is so comfortable for resting your arms by your side. *The rebounder is the tallest available to date. The only one that compares is the rebounder on the newest 5 cord models, but they are the same. All the other 4 cord models and older 5 cord models have a shorter rebounder. The taller rebounder gives you more room for fun foot movements when jumping. *My favorite upgrade on this machine is the toe bar. It is the widest toe bar available, wider than any of the 5 cord models. You will be able to strengthen and stretch your hips much easier with this wide toe bar, and it is great for some arm work using the toe bar. These are the differences between the Premier and any other folding AeroPilates model. I think you will really love it!
Can you tell me what model you suggest for people who are 5’? On one video you discussed the differences in the wider platform and the smaller width one. I believe I understood that the wider version was also longer. I have been trying to research this product and it is difficult to find a 4 cord with a rebounder and bar. I was wondering if you have a “model number” for AeroPalates Reformer for shorter people with the 4 cord and add on accessories? I am also wanting a stand for it. The Model #266 is all I found, and it is only a 3 cord. Thank you so much for your help with using this. Your videos are so informative and will be a big help in getting started as a beginner.
It is so exciting that you are getting an AeroPilates-Congratulations!! I definitely recommend a 4-Cord. There are many models available. I will link them below. These go in and out of stock. Normally, Amazon has the most competitive prices. But HSN has the most variety. HSN, eBay, and Amazon all carry the stand as well. You will need the medium stand. Let me get those links.
Thank you so much for your reply. I can’t tell which reformer is medium. You referenced some links. Im not sure why but they didn’t pop up. I looked at the medium stand and it will not fit the model Amazon is showing #4379. I wish QVC Or HSN would do their bundles again! ;)
Hello, I am so sorry that it has been so long since I have been on here. We moved and were without internet for a bit and are still settling in. The 4379 WILL fit the medium stand. The "4" before the model number indicates that there are 4 cords and MOST 4 cords will fit the medium stand (exceptions are the 650, 651, 700, 701, and the older Performer models). I truly apologize if that this is so late. You probably already have your model and stand. I hope you are loving it. I will be able to answer questions regularly now, so if you have any other questions, please feel free to ask.
Moving is a big deal! Thank you for getting back to me. I actually have not purchased my reformer yet. Amazon is showing 4393. I am going to call and see if it will fit the medium frame. It’s 86” long and the medium stand is 84”, it maybe fine. Can you tell me if I need to get a trainer for a few lessons to use the Pilates reformer. I am hoping the RUclips or the DVDs will be enough. Have a great day!
@@Strategictwo The 393 WILL absolutely fit the medium stand. There are only 2 stand sizes and 2 machine frame sizes. It really depends on the width and not the length. The AeroPilates reformer frames measure 17" or 20" wide and that is what determines the stand size (medium or large). Anyway, all that is to say that the medium stand will definitely fit that model. As for instruction, 4393 will come with 5 DVDs! You will have instruction for beginner to advanced on those DVDs. You can also come on RUclips and follow any "pilates reformer" workout that you like. If you watch the intro and the Primer videos that come with your machine, you will be ready to go. I am excited for you! This machine will change the way your body feels. It helps in ways that you don't even realize need improving. Let me know if you have any questions once you get it.
