    Dear Charlie, first of all THANK YOU very much for creating such a great awareness regarding Yoga to the world which is the most important thing nowadays for an individual to grow psychologically, physically and spiritually. I started following your videos quite some time now and I appreciate the fact that you explain the yoga poses that suit the individuals who are at different levels of their Yoga journey and also focusing on correct postures which is the most important thing to achieve the right results. Just a small request, could you also add the importance and the impact of a yoga asana on our body when you explain the yoga poses of the day video. This helps us to pick the asanas that are suitable for our body during our Yoga journey. Thank you.☺️😊

    Thank you for clarifying. I find the terminology incredibly confusing as a non native English speaker and neurodivergent. Knee over ankle to me means the knee leans past the ankle. It would be so much more useful to say knee above ankle to me. I keep doing poses wrong because of this.
