i also thought of suicide and killing myself but i had video games to get those thoughts out and away from my head but they have crept back into my head once and a while but i try not to think about it
yeah man it just comes and goes from my mind and i think about suicide every day there is no way to get the thought of suicide out of your head if you keep thinking about it.
This song means a lot to me because my grandpas brother died of a stroke and at his funeral they started playing this song, I glanced back at my grandpa and he was doing fine, trying to fight back tears. But then my great uncles wife stood up out of the pews and slowly walked out. It’s like she brought a wall of emotion as she’s walked down and it hit everybody. Especially my grandpa, and when that emotion went around and this song played after the church thing and as we where leaving I saw my grandpa balling, I had never seen him show his emotions like that before. And it reminds that you need to live your life to the fullest each day because once you get older you lose precious time and memories that get devoured by adulthood. I am only 13 and I cry whenever I listen to this song because it reminds me of what I’ve learned, accomplished, lost, and gained. All those good memories of being so little and not having what feels like the worlds mercy and wieght on your shoulders. Life’s to short.

If you think about the words, it actually sounds like a "Gospel" type song. Jesus is there whenever you need him. He can comfort the hurt in a person. Sorry but ever since I first heard that song, that is what I thought about. I apologize if I offend anyone, as that is not my intention.

She even drew a pic of herself riding on the back of his motorcycle for a scrapbook for Keith's mom about 8 years ago. Glad to hear you and your husband made it through when so many couples do not. My husband and I break on each other quite a few times. I thank God for my hubby every day. Can't wait to see a video to this. Another #1 for sure. :)

Thanks Cheryl & D. Your kind words mean a lot to me. As Cheryl knows, losing a child is an ache that will never go away. I wouldn't wish it on anyone. We pray for our hearts to be unbroken but without her all we can be is incomplete. I want to end on a happy note though. My daughter was a fan of Keith Urban long before me. She was only 6 or 7 years old when she picked him out of the country countdown and that was it, she was hooked. She had a cardboard tube from gift wrap that she quickly turned into a guitar and would play along whenever Keith came on. So cute and so blessed to have it on video. I see Keith has released two songs now and I hope he does an actual album. I don't like how things seem to be getting away from that. I see nothing wrong with doing things the old school way sometimes. Have an amazing day everyone. Off to make homemade cinnamon rolls for the hubby. :)

I can't say I'm a hard fan of Keith Urban, but I'm watching him 4 years now and I can say I do love his music.
Ripcord 4 me is the best work studio album as an entire. Sensitive songs like Break On Me, Gettin' In The Way and Blue Ain't Your Color r worth 2 be in my music library as favourites.
Not 2 forget other great songs like: Wasted Time, Worry 'Bout Nothin', Your Body, Habit Of You and John Cougar, John Deere, John 3:16.
Quite all the album is entirely with good songs which nowadays is very hard 2 find on new releases.
This kind of releases music fans need. A very good job !!!
I have been a die hard Keith fan for the last 16 year and i have met him twice, no doubt these were the best days of my life. With that being said he released 3 songs off of RIPCORD that all hit #1 before the album was even released and now he is about to release "Blue Ain't Your Color as the next single off his album that we all know, will sky rocket to #1 in a matter of weeks of it's release. I love every song on this album... It's so hard to pick just one favorite. That's like asking which one of your children do you love the most?
I love everything about this song and kieth urban makes me feel like in every word it is meant. I met my husband a year ago and I had lost a baby right before I met him he was actually being the best friend ever. and he got me to eat sleep and feel protected and safe I was in a horrible relationship before I met him and this song hits my heart

I heard this song about two months ago on the radio and was immediately engrossed. At first I thought it was Garth Brooks and thought, "Wow, Garth has really stepped up his vocals!" Then I Shazam'd it and realized that of course it's KU. This song should be a huge hit. The vocals and instrumentals are amazingly intertwined. I especially love the ethereal, tremulous background vocals tenderly coaxing the listener to feel what it wants you to feel. Absolutely brilliant!
