Women with Pcos should use a nutritional ketogenic diet. Eat green leafy veg with each meal. This is important to prevent a fatty liver, when carbohydrates are lower then 25g per day. Bacon have very rarely. Grass fed, organic free range.
Men, get into a healthy bmi range, that's most important of all, and eat low carbohydrate diet getting them from vegetables and a tiny bit of fruit, like tomatoes and lemon. Carbohydrates will raise the inflammatory response called insulin to remove the sugar from your blood, and causes water to pool within you're body.
Remember men when you are losing weight, estrogen will be released into the blood so it will take about 3/6 months for hormones and sperm to recover after reaching goal weight continue, a maintainance stage and increasing antioxidants within the diet. Especially omega 3. But keep omega 3 levels in a 1:1 ration or omega 3 slightly higher then omega 6.
