@@almalnor4594 Hi. Sorry i will clarify for you. I was trying for 5 years to get pregnant. I have PCOS and went through many tests with doctors such as laparoscopy to check my tubes if they are blocked, one test involved inserting a catheter into my cervix and pumping fluid to see if it will flow through the tube (this was the worst one ayayaaaai the pain was horrible), alot of blood tests and more. Btw everything they did they would find no problem with my fallopian tubes, cervix or ovaries. At 1 point the cysts all disappeared i haven't done another ultrasound to check. So i found this fertility massage 1 week b4 i got pregnant so during my ovulation stage but you can prepare yourself at anytime. It was a bit painful but i did it and i also did it for my husband too to increase the chances. Good luck 🤗 i forgot to add i did it wen the pain went away maybe every second day.

What day did you ovulate? I’m wondering bc I already ovulate early and I don’t want to do this if it will make me ovulate even earlier!
Was day 15 so moved forward to day 13. I would give it a try as it may not make you ovulate earlier but it might help you to conceive. Good luck! I done this with Bettina Rae fertility yoga each day.

Alhamdulillah, this massage worked for me, I am now 13 weeks pregnant. We tried to conceive for 11 months, and the 12th month it worked. I did only 1 cycle of this fertility massage prior to conceiving. I did the massage from the day after my period ended, until the day of ovulation. During the days I did the massage, I could feel some soreness in my belly - probably because my organs were being moved in a better position in there!
Other things I did trying to boost my fertility during the last 1-3 months prior to conceiving:
- Avoided cold foods and drinks
- Avoided getting cold feet and hands, always heating myself in hot water if getting cold
- Cut all caffeine for ca 6 months
- Avoided high peaks of blood sugar by not binge eating sweets like I would typically do in weekends. Instead Id eat smaller portions of refined sugar (chocolate, cakes..) and more fruits.
- Changed my bread lunch to rather eating huge salads, red rice, quinoa, baked veggies (paprika, tomatoes, eggplant, squash), boiled eggs, yogurt, olive oil and nuts. Lots of proteins and nutrients instead of plain carbs.
- Took folic acid supplement each day
- Excercising regularly with normal intensity, not too heavy workouts
I am so grateful for this video!! Although I cant prove if the massage is what really helped me get pregnant, I have a strong feeling it was the gamechanger that boosted my fertility!❤️

So after massage you got pregnant the same month?
Yes!! The same cycle. I detected the exact day of ovulation by measuring my body basal temperature (BBT) and using ovulation tests. That way I could pinpoint the exact day of my ovulation. In my case, I did the fertility massage for 8 days.

Thanks again Heidi :) I stopped using the contraceptive pill and haven't had a menstrual cycle for a few months. As fertility self-massage stimulates blood flow and can help to remove toxins from the liver I wanted to give it a try but was nervous to perform it on myself because of the release of toxins and just general concern for doing damage if done incorrectly. I was diagnosed with infertility, took an HSG and the doctor told me I have a hydrosalpinx on my left tube and the other tube seems ok, but it probably has some small blockage, since I was trying for more than a year without success. He told me to come back for an intervention if we don't conceive after 3-4 attempts. First two attempts after the HSG were without success, but after our third try I got pregnant. I did this massage for 5 days for two cycles. Before the massage I did the castor oil pack and heated pillow. I also made the massage a bit longer combining it with a few other moves seen in some other videos here on youtube. Good luck everyone and don't despair. In most cases it will happen eventually if you relax.

what if you've been overweight and you feel a space between the muscles of your lower abs? is there a way I can, maybe, press the muscles together while I do that area? or should I just press into the space? I'm told that's a common issue for pregnant women as well as ppl like me who've been overweight much of their lives. I don't want to make it worse, you know?
I think you can do both. The goal is to move toxins out of that space and increase circulation to the area. Pressing gently will not make it worse.

So Im 15 and I got my first period at 14 in January this year and it was a full heavy period with cramps which I thought was weird since it was my first period, then 6 months go by and I finnaly get my period by the end of July and since then again nothing, its going to be November now, the doctor told me it needs to regulate but this isnt regulation, im not getting anything so how could anything “regulate” and also in January its going to be a full year and by now I only had two periods, long story short could this help me at all? @anjanette angga Hi, I saw you said you have a retroverted uterus. I was suffering the same thing for years....., I didn't know why. So many years of problems with my feet, then I started having hip pain and more back pain, very tight muscles. I went to see a chiropractor one day and got a hip adjustment and I believe it helped my tilted uterus. I know my back was always arched and never touched anything I sat on, car seat, couch, floor, etc. Then during intercourse, it would hurt sometimes or uncomfortable and most times I may had to use pillows to lift my uterus up. I tell you, since I saw that chiropractor, I don't have none of those problems anymore. Everything is going and feeling exactly the way it should. I wish I knew this years ago, but no one never told me. I recently just started seeing them about a month ago and I've been back at least 3 or 4 times already and I have 2 more visits to go. All of my children are grown, but I did want a baby years back, but I don't know if it's to late because I haven't had a cycle in months now. It comes and goes when it wants to. So anyway, maybe you should try that route and see if it helps with your issue. I heard that it may also be possible to become pregnant afterwards because everything will be aligned in the right direction .
