My endometrial is 22mm bleeding on and off for three months and got a cyst on ovary that is simple and they are not worried . I am though I don't like the thought of that vaginal probe every four months and CA125 blood tests , worries me so much . I believe the reason you asked about the vaccines is because of the disruption in reproductive system and I believe in the jabbed shedding . That's just my belief, so I will post back with my results when I get them , on my report the gyno thinks mine could be a polyp . Lets see .
What's to be done with an endometrium thickness of 4mm in a postmenopausal bleeding woman..

Thank you sir useful information
Thank you very well explained.
Dr I was diagnosed with disorder proliferative endometrium what it is?
Thank You so much for this video!
Very informative,
Only a man could say a hysteroscopy is a painless procedure!! I had one without any anaesthetic, as this was not offered to me. It was like medieval torture and I went into a shocked catatonic state for half an hr afterwards. I have had a further 2 under general anaesthetic and yes then it is painless. Apart from the period like pains afterwards. I have one today in fact and am up and about pain free already.
Such a good video that I subscribed ✨️ thank you sir 🙏
Very well made video, Dr Rao. Thank you! For postmenopausal women under estrogen blockers such as Tamoxifen and Letrozole for breast cancer treatment, is 9mm considered normal?
This was a good video. It explained more and but it is scary. I'm 58 and mine is 7.4mm No bleeding since Sept 2020. My doctor is checking for cancer. She couldn't do the biopsy because my cervix wouldn't open. Back to round 2 next month. I am terrified!
How are you doing? Hope everything turned out okay for you.
How are you. Mine 10mm and waiting for an appointment to have a biopsy
How are you Conny
@@Moon52171 hi just wondering was the biopsy painful?
@@Moon52171 were you spotting and if so for how long? Thanks for responding.

Hello Doctor. I have a question. I went for an ultrasound. I got my results back I have Increased vascularity within the endometrium and cervix unclear in etiology.
Im not sure what that means.
Anyone?
Is 4.5mm ok or should it be monitored? Post menopausal
PERFECTLY explained. thank you for your time and service. Simple and easy to understand :)
Very well explained Sir. Thank u so much.
I had terrible pain with 2-3 week periods heavy bleeding and blood clots. I had one D&C and one normal period but it came back with heavy bleeding and clots. Because my mother died from sarcoma starting on her uterus I insisted they remove mine. I had a thickened uterine wall and after the partial hysterectomy my diagnoses was endometriosis of the uterine wall muscle. It was the size of a four month along uterus. I was 51. I had to switch doctors to get one to do the elective hysterectomy, even though I was quite anemic.

Same problem
How r u mam right now
Thank you so much. That was very reassuring. I am waiting on tests and not panicking
I am slightly. I just had an ultrasound and my endometrium was 20mm.
@@niffniffhooray I understand. Mine was 16. Panicking on the inside.
Waiting on a date for biopsy which I am definitely going to get knocked out for
I felt better after the US so am undecided
@@annoftheoldbogroad1534 I had a biopsy the same day and it wasn't bad. They found a polyp and a cyst on each ovary. One cyst looked non-concerning but the other warranted another ultrasound in six weeks.
I'm in my 30s so it's highly unlikely to be anything malignant, but the waiting for results is torture.
@@niffniffhooray Oh well a slight reassurance. I am eight years in menopause
I have read some people say they would rather have 10 more children than do a biopsy again
Plus I do have a fibroid although most literature says it is unlikely to be that
When do you think you will hear
@@annoftheoldbogroad1534 I was told it takes about a week to get results.
Hopefully it isn't too bad for you. Unfortunately it's the only to diagnose really anything.
Thank you!
Good evening sir, my endometrium thickness is 20 mm in 18 th day. Is it normal plz. I have already done laproscopy and hysteroscopy 8 months ago.Thank you.
How are you doing? Did you know what it is?
And also are you post menopausal?
9/14/24 I am 60 year old, start having pelvic pain 2 years ago been so much doctor can’t find what wrong, found Gyn did a ultrasound my uterus measure 11mm papsmear done waiting for results I so scared
Sending positive vibes that all will be ok. Ive had PELVIC PAINS over a year now Postmenopause already had a cervical polyp removed & did poorly on my Pelvic exam it was so painful. Obgyn has recommended Hysterectomy but my Urologist is having me treat my pelvic pain to see if it will help my pain & incontinence. HAD CTScan showed enlarged endometrial lining so now having biopsy done Tue. I already have multiple fibroids so I'm nervous too. Glad I saw this video.
Hello Sir from bangladesh. How can i consult with you. Tele consultation.
Hi doc ..what is good for c section between thick and thin uterus
Good information
I’m 32 I haven’t had a period in 9 months.
I had a biopsy and it said I had endometrial hyperplasia. My lining in 6 mm. I have fatty liver too with nodules. They want me to start with an iud. I feel so frustrated because I also have a uterine prolapse. 😭😭
What is cost of biopsy
Thanks. I was 51 and perimenopausal and I had an ultrasound and I had the hyperplasia. I lost a lot of blood
Thank you.
Informative
Very thankful
I just found out I have this problem besides fibroids. I have been crying since than.
during period hysteroscopy polyp removal surgery ho sakti hai
What about if someone has never had a period ans doesn't know if they are in menopause but are of menopausal age?
Thank u so much Dr
Why is there any sound
Dr, my mom has vaginal bleeding. Her periods had stopped for 2 years. Now due to bleeding, dr suggest d&c. Endometrial thickness is 4.1 mm. Is it dangerous
Less than 5 mm with bleeding is less likely to be anything malignant..
Important information 🙏
