@VillainTheory have had lots of fun with Jubilee today. Great video, haven't had the privilege yet to play aggression but that was awesome. Question: what happens with the following: Jubilee has both Coat and Sunglasses, but she is stunned and already exhausted. She plays Hit and Run. What happens to the event, and what happens to the Coat and Sunglasses triggers?
I played this and I changed the amount of Honed Techniques. 3 seemed like too many. I'd love to go down to one, but I had a few games where I didn't get HT until the end of the first deck pass. It's a tough balance.
It's difficult, right? You build a deck around something but might not see it until the end of your deck - or worse, an encounter card discards it. Putting more of them in feels bad but taking less really messes with the consistency.
That turn one Blinding Flash was incredible. She seems like she can be so crazy with the right builds! Having to wait until Monday to get her (shipping delays and such), but man I'm so excited. Definitely going to be trying this deck out in some two-handed games next week.
It’s funny about what you were saying about her being a nuke. In the comics they realize she has the capability to create nuclear explosions which freaked her out so she intentionally limits herself self to be just the sparkly fireworks girl

Fantastic showcase, I pick up Jubilee tomorrow. Interesting seeing her in aggression. I'm excited to see her in justice float like a butterfly, or leadership side kick build for wolverine. This aggression build seems bonkers tho

That was super impressive, holy sh*t... HT And all these Aggro events with her are bonkers. Also, just a question: When Pestilence attacked you, you defended with Professor X... Did you have to "blank" Jubilee's text box because of that? Not sure about the response window there, "When attacks" maybe comes before you decide which character will defend...?
Sadly with the Horsemen there's no avoiding their effects if you block with allies. The villain is still considered to have attacked you if they attacked your ally. It's weird and there are some exceptions.
Wow!! Jubilee looks very very cool! Ive not really delved into her cards so seeing what she can do is awesome....Blinding Flash...wow!!! But Honed Technique really did set the foundation for this annihilation!!
I wish I knew. The shipping crisis has really thrown everything into disarray. My advice is, if you're really eager for her, order her from an overseas retailer.
It's an official promo from Fantasy Flight Games, it was part of the event kits they sent out for the Mutant Genesis wave. We actually mostly use it to track threat on the main scheme in multiplayer where it can get up to crazy numbers haha (since it has some yellow on it like threat)

Believe it or not, this deck/concept was kinda inspired by your comment from like 8~ months ago when I was pretty down on Jubilee as a character!

I think she has some crazy good builds in Justice, that all sounds really fun. I'm excited to try her in more aspects!

Unfortunately not! "Overpaying" doesn't trigger "pay" stuff unfortunately
