Need to put a bracket on that feeding tube to support it,mine broke off after a while them deer kept hitting it,I suggest tying it down for support

If you have to cut the barrel top off to get the funnel in, how do you close the top off? I guess the inlet for the feeder I missed. Barrel I have has a 2” screw top I’d use for filling. Seems like funnel would be better on outside rather than in.
Yea the barrels we used have a removable lid on top. I have some like what you are saying and am working up a fix for that.
Still use the funnels? Like them?
Do the legs have any issue supporting the weight over time? The 10’ sticks are currently $35 a piece just was curious before investing

They have held up great. We do now suggest to strap the barrel to a tree. We have had cows knock our over.
Where can I get one of these conduit benders you speak of?? How you use those things??

Hello is the funnel a must or does it just help drain all the corn?
Best to install a funnel keeps the corn feed down the the main feeder.
What size bolts did you use to attach the legs to the barrel?
3/8 I believe
think 1” would be enough on the conduit?
Honestly it would be pushing it.
