On today's agenda. Build a protein feeder for $80 or less. I have used a feeder like such for many years and they work fine. I need another so I decided to make a how-to video for your enjoyment!

22-degree angle (amzn.to/3q1TYjs) are not mentioned in the video. they are required so that it will not just empty out your feed. The T I bought at Lowe's was a cleanout T. add the 22 angles to both sides of the T connector

Make sure you read the description or this comment lol as pointed out. I too had to add 22 angle to the ends of the T connector. The T connector available locally to me are all clean out T connectors. Resulting in your feed spilling to the ground.
Making this video I had forgot that step. I was making this off of memory...oops! Simple fix.
I thought your video was good and informative with no bullshit. Some people just like to gripe and complain about every little thing like using chrome or metallic sockets on impact driver. I do it all of the time without any problems. I use impact sockets on my bigger impact drivers but anyway you did a great job. Thank you for the video.

There's a reason you don't see anybody using chrome sockets on an impact driver. You'll never forget when one of those sockets explode.
yes but usually a much less dramatic failure. they have cracked on me however their is a lifetime warranty

How are you doing this under $80 The leg kit you posted was $65 and you said you paid $20 for the barrel?
Used barrel and I made this video 2 years ago... prices have dramatically changed. All parts were 19.99 per component
Did not work had to put a 22 angle at the end

Moultrie leg kit yes, now it come with the break down legs, junk, bracket on drum is good
Them legs had to give out once you put 400lbs of corn in it lol
It only 200 lbs. The leg kit is literally made for a 55 gal drum for corn
