We've never done that combo with the tunnel driveshaft, but people do that all the time with the standard shaft. We suspect it would be ok as long as you check your tunnel clearances ahead of time.
@@romanrooter4349 using blocks doesn't change the ride at all. Drop springs are a little stiffer than stock, but it actually is a welcome kind of "sporty" feeling rather than just stiff and harsh.
No, drop shocks are basically just shorter than a stock shock to help get the correct shock length, they don't have anything to do with adjusting the height if the vehicle.
Will Lowering blocks change drive shaft angle to a BAD pinion angle ????
Are these no longer available? Links seem broken?
Are these ok to use with torque tube Chevy Advance Design axles? Thanks
We don't suspect that would be an issue.
could you guy do a video on converting a manual window and locks to power windows and locks for and 85 sqaurebody please
We will definitely add that to the list! Thanks for the suggestion!
I want to use 3" lowering block and new 3" leaf springs, looks like would change the shock angle a lot. Is that OK or what do you recommend?
You would definitely need to correct the shock angle after dropping it that much. We carry shock re-locators for that reason. www.brotherstrucks.com
this may be a dumb question but could you use a 3 inch lowering block with a 3 inch drop leaf spring?
Yep, people do that all the time. We've even done it here to a couple projects.
I have the tunnel shaft. Does anyone know if you can use the 3 inch drop blocks along with the 3 inch drop rear springs?

Is there anything else that you can do for these 1952 GMC truck’s .
Anything else for the suspension?
Is it possible to use a flip kit and a 3 inch block on a 96 c3500 with a c notch
At this time, we don't do anything with the '96, so unfortunately we don't have the answer.
3 inch blocks in the rear with 3 inch drop springs in the front?
Yes, that's what we did on this truck.
Does it at all affect the ride? I have a Stock 51’ Shortbed, also if I go with 15x8 Rallys after lowering would I be ok?

@@romanrooter4349 Also, depending on the Rallys you get, you should have no problems with 15" wheels.
Thanks so much for the help
Would a drop shock lower the truck more

Will this work the same for a 1984 Chevy C10?
We have options for your '84 C10 also. Check out our website www.brotherstrucks.com or call the shop and talk to one of our techs. 800-977-2767
Can you install lowering block on tamaraw fx??
Sorry, we don't do videos for Toyota.
Is this truck using stock or aftermarket?
Stock or aftermarket what?
@@BROTHERSTruckPartsTV the block itself, I noticed there is two options and I was wondering what block was used?
@@agathry3815 we're using a 3" lowering block on this truck.
Is pinion angle required on a 3” or 4” drop?
Our kits make proper adjustments to pinion angles, so you don't have to worry about that.
Surprised you used a flat top block instead of an angled one...
The 3" drop doesn't change the drivetrain angle enough to need a correction, so an angled block is necessary. Good thing to consider though!
Will this work on 55-57?
We sell them for 55-57 also. Check out our website www.brotherstrucks.com
