- My fused modular frames factory is finally finished and I am really excited about this Satisfactory design and even more excited to hit the red button for a new Tier 8 milestone!
This is a edited Satisfactory let's play video where you can also learn a few tips on building design while I give you the highlights of my playthrough.
In this video, I guide you through my nitrogen gas packaging and unpackaging setup, build out the blenders and drone port for my fused modular frame build and unveil the full design. We then collect the completed fused modular frames and go and smash that red button to send a load of Tier 8 items into space. A very Satisfactory feeling!
We are all well on our way through Phase 4 and will be working on the next space elevator part in our next videos.

What I find works best with power is to use the ceiling/wall outlets for powering machines, and poles now and then to check power meters or feed a mini ceiling grid. That keeps the poles to minimum. I still use them a lot exploring though. I am working on my ratsnest of wires still but only because I just got the wall outlet and double wall outlet (which is also nice). I am preparing for when I get the power switches. Can't wait for those!
Sorry that I didn't reply earlier...This comment got held as likely spam for some reason. The wall outlets are key for cleaning it up...It is really good to run them as ceiling outlets on beams above the machines for a real clean look. I have a version of the that in my compact manifold video and my frames frames frames video if you want to check it out.

WHAT HAVE I MISSED
To your defense, it is only used in Tier 8, but it is there! Kinda funny because the gas is way easier to work with than the fluids that you unlock much earlier since no pumps are needed.
I only just unlocked oil a few days ago but I still love watching later tiers in this game. kinda terrified to get there tho lmaoo
haha. I feel you. Oil is where it starts getting serious. Let me know if you have any questions as you set it up and I can help. I was about to do a video on a big fuel power plant using alternate recipes, but maybe I will stick a basic oil setup video in there too. I think that would be useful.
@@DrLootCrate i used a video by nilaus for my basic oil setup which works pretty well. the stuff im stuck on is automating computers and heavy modular frames. using the manufacturer is very threating lol

The way I found to get rid of drift is to set your max fps to infinity. Anything else and I drift when flying
Cool. I will give it a try. I normally use a cap when recording to keep my fans a little quieter, so maybe that is why it seemed particularly bad.
I also feel like they have made this better in updates since I made this video in August.
"first packager"...you dont make packaged fuel for jetpack or for the vehicles? just curious :D
Crazy, right? I never used the jet pack because I wanted to use fuel for power. I bought the 50 packaged fuel for the unlock in the awesome shop. Kinda silly looking back. I rushed the hover pack instead.
For vehicles, I only used them to drive around, never to transport things because they are so wonky. I would use solid biofuel or coal as fuel to drive around.
The only vehicle I have delivering stuff is a factory cart!

@@Ovidiu_b. I hear ya. Most of the time I bring a train to where I am going, build a station and string power poles off of that for my hover pack. side benefit of having you power grid more spread out
Why is it called hauptglughafen modular frames
Because I had been doing a little Duolingo for German and learned the word for airport right as I was building my drone hub. It means “main airport”
