I absolutely love this illustration! You've truly managed to capture the relaxing feeling of this character. Someone else that helps me calm down is the Norwegian artist Aurora. I adore all of her music, but the song 'A different kind of human' just... feels magical. It truly feels like a mother figure encapsulating you in every ounce of love on this earth. It's so peaceful to listen to.

The details in the painting had me twitching my fingers, I want to see all of them up close! The lofi hip hop girl has been there for a very big part of my life, and when I'm taking a break from getting my work done, I just watch the imagery. The dreamy vibes just get me thinking about a certain kind of feeling that signifies simple, yet intricate. That's the best I can describe it. My favourite song is Gill Chang x Wolfe - Feels Right. Idk why but the song is nostalgic 😂. It brings me back to sixth grade when I truly discovered music. And I totally get your description of the lofi girl. When I do paintings I'll stop to rest my wrist and I'll just stare at the video if the page turning and how everything comes together. It also reminds me of Studio Ghibli 😊.

i always think rex orange county songs are amazing to relax to. If you want to, you can focus on the lyrics and meaning but if you're preoccupied, your brain can focus on his calm voice and the chill beats

The song that I love to relax to the most is honestly Jocelyn Flores by XXXTENTATION as it really reminds me how insignificant everything stressful at the moment and to just enjoy our time here and not waste it being stressed.

Not so much of “favorites” type of person, but I do prefer listening to game sound tracks specifically Orchestrated Recreations of them! It just puts me in the right creative mindset to start creating worlds and stories through my art like nothing else can, especially those songs made for Breath of the Wild. 😌

As someone who struggles with autism on a daily basis, I recommend the song "Time in a tree" by Raleigh Ritchie (Grey Worm from Game of Thrones). Sometimes you just need to disconnect from the world and as someone who grew up surrounded by nature, being elevated and disconnected from everything was such a huge help. Life gets overwhelming really fast and I'm glad to have a great support network. I hope everyone in the comments has something like that or is blessed enough to find it.

I love painting with water colors and when I have art block i have it for months and luckly today I came across your channel and this is my first time watching you, and let me tell you I am watching my art block packing to go. I just forgot how painting with watercolors felt like and the excitement of buying watercolor for the first time.
