As someone who moved from California to Texas and now in Arizona, I truly did love Texas. But what they don’t tell you is the lack of any nature, especially Dallas. It’s flat as paper and obviously the humidity can be brutal. If you’re more of a bars and restaurants person then it’s a great place to be.
I’ve lived here for 24 years, i’m not sure about majority of texas. But San Antonio people are stuck up and snobby, it’s bad when i get told “man thanks it’s hard to find good people anymore”.
That’s unfortunate for you. I’ve been to San Antonio plenty of times and met a lot of good people with vibes.

yu can say this about any major city. The thing is you can drive out in the country rural areas not too far out of towns an get more hospitality aslong as you treat others well aswell by manners. San Antonio only gots rough people after dark. Most of the crzy people are homeless or house hopping or hanging around bus stops/overpasses. Pretty easy to navigate around all that bs. 2mill people in city, youre bound to run into a few crazy and rough people.
Dude I’m from San Antonio and people are not like that all for the most part. Of the 4 major cities in the Texas Triangle, they’re easily the most chill. If you wanna meet snobby people go to The Woodlands or Austin

If Cali wasn’t insanely expensive and they got the crime a bit more under control Cali(mainly LA) is a great place to live
@@MazevGThe only thing good about CA is the weather and the landscape. Everything else is terrible. From the people, to the government, to the prices, to the crime. It’s a shit hole. A state so failed that you have to preemptively let people know youre not a normal Californian when you leave the state so they dont hate you.
You get what you pay for and the crime rate is lower here than most states. If you’re hyper focused on the bad things that happen in a state with 33 million people reality becomes skewed

I've lived in the south a lot of my life and spent a year in California in 2019. It is shocking how different the culture is out there. There was zero sense of community and all anyone cares about is their career. People in the south have their priorities straight. God, Family, Country -- in that order

As a Californian, he’s not lying. Texas is MILES better than Cali. The only reason why I’m in Cali is because I can’t afford to move out. Once I can, I’m dipping.
