I would recommend a CUTOUT KIT. best option in my opinion. Im putting on on my 19 ram that way I can have loud sound and still keep my same exhaust setup. And basically go back to stock with a click of a button. It's a good option in my opinion.

I’d say definitely do the cat-back exhaust, I honestly don’t know much about the charger/challenger platforms. But the 3 inch piping that the cat-backs come with will definitely help for future mods. If you got the money you could also look into headers but those will run you a pretty penny

U can get aftermarket high flow cats if you don’t want to cut them off. I’m not sure if it’s legal in cali but there’s a lot of people that do that

Brody just find an exhaust shop that can cut your cats off only some shops be scary but you could fasho get it done out here im from the bay i got mines cut off out here dont be a dumbass like me tho make sure to keep them when u get em cut off🤣
i went around 15+ shops and all of them was hella scared to cut them off so it wasnt lookin good
