My mother died due to cancer, stage two breast cancer that recurred. 3 days after I turned 19, she passed... 2.17.2021 💔 I miss you everyday, mom. 💔 This song means so much to me and does this damn game. 🥺

This game broke me, but I love it to death. And asides from story, the lore is fantastic and that art direction + the insanely good gameplay just make me keep coming back 💙
Honestly even though it's nowhere near the writing level of the first game, all the major plot points of Part II are solid. By the end, I definitely cared about Abby and more specifically Lev. Even Owen and the others that pretty much just got dragged in. The single biggest issue is the order of the storytelling, flashbacks etc. Told in a better way and in a better order, the exact same story could have been much more impactful. That being said, having listened to Neil Druckmann describing what they were going for and the overall message and so on, I do appreciate Part II more. Of course it's incredibly disappointing and sad that this is how we probably say farewell to Joel and Ellie... That we didn't get nearly enough of their stories from the FOUR YEARS they spent together in Jackson... And that it could all have been easily improved. But I'm not one to stay mad or frustrated. I'm just glad we had that we had the opportunity at all. Here's to hoping they get things right again if there's a third, and that the HBO adaptation tells Part II in a much better way.

I didn't know this was the voice actor of Joel, i watched the unboxing and skipped to future days as it's marked below and when he started singing i just started crying
he's amazing, Joel is such a touching character. his work in The Last of Us giving Joel's voice and personality to life deserves the whole recognition. it makes me cry too, everytime, it's heartbreaking and beautiful at the same time. ❤
The fact that he brought to life a fictional character that people legitimately mourn is an incredible testament to his impact and talent and to the writers of the games. I've been sad before when characters have been killed off, but I don't think I've ever seen people struggle with actual grief over a character. TLOU is just a different breed of game all around. Thanks for singing as Joel... We all miss him still, even after several years. 💔❤️

@@SourStrawberrys the price of this guitar was 2200 dollars, that a mid range acoustic from Taylor. I have an 812ce 12 fret and thats up the ladder from this one. The fact that Troy’s is left handed makes it fairly rare but it’s still just a mid range Taylor.
@@ragetobe No the price of this guitar was $2300. With tax it was almost $2500. I bought one when they were available on PS store. The base 314ce is $2000 but since it had the sunburst and custom inlay it is $300 more which is reasonable. You can definitely buy two 214ce for the price of this one. The only difference would be the material of the back and sides which wouldn't be solid wood, but wood composite. You could also by the GS mini with a 200 series and it would still be under price of this one. Any taylor over the 300 series model seems to be more pricey due to the more exotic wood used, fancy inlays, etc. When you get to an 800 series more than likely the price is double based on cosmetics or some fancy wood. I honestly would call the 300 series high end as they is were you get fully wood taylor. Which is the sweet spot. anything above that and you're starting to pay more mostly for cosmetics.

Same, however they have stopped making them. My plan is to get the same model (or a very simular one) and put the moth there myself.
