As someone who used to learn a little bit about algorithm and coding, i can say.
I only failed 1 level. I had to look up walkthrough for that because i cant do it. I did pass normally, but failed to optimize it further. So im pretty sure for most programmers, its not hard

I feel like it really depends on how your brain decides to work at that moment. So sometimes I can't figure out a puzzle because my initial thought that I am stuck with was wrong. And all it takes is to just sleep it off and forget it. And the next time I might nail it first go, fully optimized.
