    मॅडम नमस्कार माझे वजन 78 kg aahe आणि उंची साडे चार फूट आहे तर वजन कमी करण्यासाठी मी वेलनेस चे प्रोडक्ट घेतले तर त्याचा काही शरीरावर परिणाम होऊ शकतो का आणि मला रोजच झोप येत नाही आणि मला रोजच बेठे काम असते तर मला थोडी माहिती सांगा

      @@dr.jyotsnapatil7364 I quit Amrut tulya Tea ☕ milk products, bakery products and chapati as you said in lecture and my bloating problem has just gone.....
      Because of this bloating I was breathing less... So fatigue was tremendous....couldn't speak fluently....always burping.... Acidity level was higher....all resulted into Low BP.... My confidence was all time low....
      As per your advice I switched to black tea
      and All of sudden my problems disappeared so quickly...
      Now my digestion is so much improved...
      I have now no BP problem...
      I am breathing fully and my oxygen level and energy got so high.... I can't tell in words...I am getting very deep sleep....

      @@dr.jyotsnapatil7364 I started eating bhakri and stopped oil fried items....my belly fat also reduced so much and loose my weight in a healthy way....
      I couldn't believe just by changing diet we get so much benefitted....
      Also started multivitamin to my Mother and her fatigue also reduced and hunger level also got improved....
      Because of your lecture we all got so much benefitted..... 🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏
