@@dr.jyotsnapatil7364 I quit Amrut tulya Tea ☕ milk products, bakery products and chapati as you said in lecture and my bloating problem has just gone.....
Because of this bloating I was breathing less... So fatigue was tremendous....couldn't speak fluently....always burping.... Acidity level was higher....all resulted into Low BP.... My confidence was all time low....
As per your advice I switched to black tea
and All of sudden my problems disappeared so quickly...
Now my digestion is so much improved...
I have now no BP problem...
I am breathing fully and my oxygen level and energy got so high.... I can't tell in words...I am getting very deep sleep....

@@dr.jyotsnapatil7364 I started eating bhakri and stopped oil fried items....my belly fat also reduced so much and loose my weight in a healthy way....
I couldn't believe just by changing diet we get so much benefitted....
Also started multivitamin to my Mother and her fatigue also reduced and hunger level also got improved....
