    If you partially freeze meat it is MUCH easier to slice thinly. Actually--anything will work better for slicing if very, very cold. This looks like non-spicy fajita mix. Great idea for kids who are fussy about heat!

    I already commented on this but I have to add a story. This was actually my mom's friend who introduced us to sweet peppers. She experimented a lot. Those recipes used to be handwritten and handed to people on Sundays after church.Many days before social media. I still have this 1.

    • @TheCooknShare
      @TheCooknShare  11 месяцев назад +1

      I love that story, Daleen. Especially about the written recipes. Those were the good days before social media; although, I wouldn't be making this comment now. LOL. Love the idea of sharing recipes after church. That's the way it should be. Wonder if Pastors should be announcing: "Be sure to meet in the recipe corner after the service." LOL. Anyway, thanks for the comment and stay well my friend.

    Dave my friend, very nice recipe & yes on us & the girls. I like to use the low sodium soy sauce , & the wife, girls like when I use green, red , & yellow bell peppers in recipes like this as they like all the colors( They are spoiled, lol ). I think I will add some sugar snap or snow peas to the frying mix & some of those small sesame sticks on top of the rice as we all like those. keep your stick on the ice pal

    • @TheCooknShare
      @TheCooknShare  11 месяцев назад

    I literally NEVER, NEVER use salt. I HATE it and it burns my mouth anyway.
    I use my own seasonings. I make it all delicious food.
