2nd move… make sure you protect yourself and cover up top otherwise you’re eating a cross to your jawline and it’s niggghhhttt nighhtttt…. My proof… froch vs groves 2nd fight KO.
A good rule of thumb is to do a round of each exercise. However, you’re probably going to prefer some drills over the others ones. So then you can do the ones you like for 1-3 rounds per exercise. Also it depends on whether you are trying to improve footwork speed or balance, because then you can modify the workout according to that as well.

Я все свои фандаменталы выучил у тренера который активно дерется. Бокс это очень разнообразный спорт и поэтому есть много разных путей по которым можно тренироваться, особенно когда у каждого человека есть свои личные цели в этом спорте
@@Self-Improvement-Boxer ты делаешь элементарную ошибку ,вот посмотри ты в начале делаешь что то типа челнока (шаг под шаг со сменой ног)..ноги передвигаються а голова и центр тяжести ,стоит почти на месте .!!!☝️..То есть ты имитируешь перемещение которого нет .!Суть любого перемещения разорвать дистанцию или войти на дистанцию !!!!Голова и туловище при движении должны двигаться за ногами взад или вперёд ..!!!А ты перемещаешь только ноги ..То есть будешь получать в голову с таким передвижением .У тебя центр тяжести не движется ты просто переносишь вес с одной ноги на другую ).Смысл теряется твоих перемещений ног .☝️Ты не входишь и не выходишь.!!Это детская ошибка ..В советской школе бокса это объясняют на первой неделе занятий ..Без обид это не уровень ..Не знаю у кого ты там занимался ))Но ему замечание или тебе ты делаешь не так как он показывал .
