The Challenger 3500 is such a beautiful plane inside and outside, it is clearly the most beautiful super-midsize jet. What I just don't get is the fact that this customer as most customers did not order the HUD/EVS which is a must in a 27 million jet.
the Bombardier Challenger 3500 super mid-size business jet in it's new avatar could have had a stretched fuselage . . . resulting in a larger cabin, just enough to fit 2 or 3 additional paxs without compromising the airframe's performance & efficiency too much . . . Bombardier probably doesn't want to cannibalize it's Bombardier GLOBAL 6000 sales . . .
Odds are there'll be a global 650 successor to be the larger airframe, just like there has been previously. Calling it a 6500 might confuse customers though so I'd wager is unlikely
