wonder if same features of the Challenger 3500 will be incorporated in the upcoming GLOBAL 8000 as well . . . because they should . . . a similar video on the GLOBAL 8000 would be much appreciated . . .
Let me first say I'm Canadian, through and through! I fell in love with the original Challenger 600 when it first arrived on the scene in 1980 and its still one of my favourite planes. But the world and aviation has moved on since 1980 and the Challenger series may still be big sellers, but there's a lot of competition worth looking at. A 6500 is listed at US$27.5mil and Praetor 600 is US$21mil. The Praetor has longer range higher capacity and an equally good reliability record PLUS its less expensive to maintain. The final price of either depends on what the buyer is able to negotiate with the manufacturer, but with a US$6.5mil premium the value proposition is open to question. The Praetor would to be my first choice, all things being equal.
OK so where are all the stats on fuel consumption? price of operating per mile, month year, hours? speed in miles or klms? and what does it cost, when did they come out, need more info on realistic items such as I just mentioned.
Can remove divan and put a dining table for four in that place? Why all divans are upholstered in tweed or similar in opposition to the leather of the seats? And most importantly, why most jets have leather seats instead of wool or other more comfortable fabrics?
In this type of jet all of those finishes are chosen by the owner. You could choose from a wide variety of leathers and fabrics in many colors. Comfort and looks are subjective. Some people are more comfortable on leather others aren't. That's why they give you the option to customize to your satisfaction.
I know as a company the sustainability is a big pitch but the number of owners that ive interacted with and are considering this airplane couldnt care less.

To bad it´s such a slow moving airplane and that the cargo compartment barely fits just the crew luggage. It´s defo not an intercontinental holiday size aircraft, but possibly a great continental tourer for doing business. Good going that it accommodates a pax in the toilet seat! Challenger 3500.. yeah.
No mention of whether it's single pilot certified. I suspect it isn't and that's going to be a huge, huge problem. If Cessna and Embraer offer single pilot cert then any "efficiency" advantages on this plane are completely blown away by needing two ($$$$) pilots.
As is the Bombardier tradition, now that they've spent all the money on development of the entire range of business jets, who will they sell it to for peanuts? WHO SAID ACJ120?
May I ask WHY there are TWO obviously very untechnical girls in this video? FreSnel lens? REALLY? A QUEBEC company? Gee, thanks for protecting the French language, Bombardier.
Since it's easy to get a mechanic, please call one!! Because the airplane is leaking something, check when the blonde girl talks in the beginning. If you can't do a video right, do you really want me to believe the airplane is good as you claim?
The most informative jet commentary... Thank You!
Beautiful presentation of a beautiful jet 💸

Excellent product and presentation! Thank you all!

I can’t, can we share it on a monthly basis? 😆
I guess I can do better than that - a tabletop model of this aircraft

You are right Praetor 600 is a great option.
Preator 600 has hot & high issues, I think !
It would be like comparing a Mercedes to a Buick…there’s a value proposition. Both would get you to where you’re going.
While burning up the 14,000lbs of fuel you can relax in eco friendly seating. I mean hey, I’m cool with that!
Very beautiful and luxurious jet.
Wonderful job guys!
Be careful…they aren’t guys
Very nice presentation indeed. I wish the legacy piston manufacturers would innovate. Good luck to the 3500!
One of my dream private jets.
This is the perfect size what a beautiful bird it can fly to Europe while not burning as much fuel as the larger jets
It’s amazing what government subsidies can do.
This is beautiful!
awesome video,very informative.
I recently bought one of these and I can recommend it because as a pilot it makes it easier for me to moon ATC at low level while I'm drunk

wonderful machine but then is is single pilot operated?
This is and will remain a two-pilot airplane
Basicallt this is an upgraded 25 year old jet. As proven by the center yolks. They need a full re-do.
Yes you too can own this beautiful luxury jet but better hurry before the planet is completely burned up
The planet won't get burned up till the Sun becomes a red giant, and even then it may survive as its orbit widens. 😉

This is a Citation X and Embraer Praeton killer. Bombardier really know how to do segment defining aircraft.
I´d take a Praetor before this one - any day of the week!
The narrow cabin Citation X is already dead, it was stopped years ago and replaced by the Longitude.

Cessna and Embraer don't offer "single pilot" in the same class and size as the 3500. There's no comparison, slick.
There is no super midsize or larger jet with single pilot certificate. Nobody wants to fly 7hours or longer with only one pilot.
