RC Helicopter/ Flybar to Flybarless conversion/ Scale AS-350 Fuselage Part 1.

In todays episode I will be converting an old flybarred 500 Trex model and making it a flybarless model, with upgraded servos, motor and esc, then will be test flying the mechanics before finally fitting it into a scale fuselage.
This is part 1 with part 2 coming up with the restoration and painting of the AS-350 fuselage which will finally have the mechanics fitted in to it. Enjoy.

Nice vid, thinking of upgrading my trex 500 to 4 blade fbl after ten years in the garage... Do you need to dial down or up the head speed to take in to account two more blades?

You don’t need too be too high like with a two blade but I have mine around 1300rpm bud

@@TheRMRCchannel Sorry, I skipped over your intro and missed that comment. I wasn’t questioning as much as wondering if there is a 3 blade head out there.
