Love the rake angle. Makes it look more sporty and at the same time it levels out with load.

I really don’t understand people complaining about the rake! It’s A TRUCK. It was purposefully designed that way for amazing payload!

If you level your truck, it tells me you just like the idea of a truck, but don't tow anything or carry anything heavy

Is the rake so extreme because it already is so heavy empty because of the battery?

I'd like to see more charging information too. I believe that would be an easy update to do that since a computer is already doing all these calculations all they need to do is display the data.

Ah so they made Bass Pro Shop so you can buy this.

So if you put a front lift kit on it to level it then load it the front will be higher than the rear. My 2014 F150 heavy duty looked like this because of its payload capabilities. I don't see a problem here. It's a truck not a show car. And certainly not setup to use for true off road driving either. With an 8.5 inch clearance kinda says it all about off road driving. Plus the rear independent suspension clearance is closer to 7.5 inch clearance that not many people talk about.

I doubt if anyone needs to be much concerned about the pro because it looks like only fleet buyers will be getting these.

They emailed me and said I'm getting mine at the end of February or March. Initially they said end of 2023

The range in my 2014 F150 V8 was cut in half when I towed my fully loaded trailer. Bottom line the lightning is a fantastic towing truck if used locally where range isn't an issue. Especially with the pro because only fleet buyers can get the ER battery on the pro.

How dumb, can you stop at the gas station and fill up in just 5 minutes with the lighting ?

Just saw the flag on side of vent - seen with door open - cool.

I'll add the worst thing for no 6. The very annoying keychime.

It’s pretty close to a farm truck.

So……. When you take this EV off road and puncture the battery, then you have nothing! 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥😢😭😭😭😭😢

Anyone buying an EV truck and using it AS a truck won’t like it. Payload, towing, ground clearance, rake, etc are diminished vs. a real ICE truck. Sorry, but it’s true. It may look cool or different, but the negatives will wear on new owners.

The towing and offroad negatives are good to bring up, but the reality is that 75 percent of truck owners don't tow, equip campers, or go off road. They simply need and use the bed. To say that it's not a truck because it only has bed use is silly. This thing is a fantastic daily driver and tailgater that avoids a crapton of ICE negatives.
