what a great looking product, only thing I'm not sure about is when the carbon was layed in each half of the mould the fabric over lapped the curved section but once out of the oven the tube had no flanges on it. how would you over lap them in real life,
Unfortunately the pressure usually deforms the fabric leaving a not-perfect-looking weave pattern. If cosmetics isn't an issue, you can use wet layup with a bladder.

What about of extra rough part?
how could i be informed about the price of that silicone tube ?
How you can take out the plastic model that it's inside of the cf tube?
its an inflatable bladder. When its done you deflate and pull out the bladder.
Thanks!
Please contact neil.parkinson@fennerprecision.com to find out more about the process
Is it possible to use your bladders also with wet carbon fabric?
