It's funny but you did actually show that crucial air engagement around the one hour mark - it happened between the camera and the action you were focused on in the air layer. You just didn't see it, but we did!
I am so glad someone is this dedicated to these games man please don’t stop I just recently got my supreme commander addiction going again ahaha, also there is a game called sanctuary coming out looks really good how do u feel about it
XBOCT in cyrillic is pronounced something like khvost and means tail. One Dota2 pro was named the same and it took some time for casters to get it right
hard to keep pressure up when your solo :( I agree if he'd got those spy planes in he'd probably have won, or if he'd taken air control, but when you just get everything dumped on you and need to keep pressuring its easy to fall into what you where doing and just keep doing it.
To be honest, the pressure was there! the many Experimentals that were sent in could've easily beaten the 3, the only problems were the Cybran ACU, as well as not rebuilding mass. The 3 bases were damaged so hard that all they could do is defend against the onslaught of experimentals, the Air wasn't that much of a issue either, so if he had just rebuild the mass as well as placing sams around to make it hurt to attack his eco again, this would've been a easy win for Rage. Sadly in the heat of the moment, it's hard to stay calm and collected, so I don't blame Rage for lacking the experience to deal with such a overwhelming situation, but this person showed great talent, if they keep playing and get experience, I can see them become one of the top players for sure.
Puzzling game. Dunno why team 2 didn't nuke the brick pond... dunno where the anti-nuke was like the entire game. Dunno how the monkeylord got through to Kevat in the first place yet alone why it killed him before shooting the two stationary arty emplacements. Puzzles upon puzzles. 177k mass kill on that cybran commander though...
My favorite part was when Team 2, having secured air dominance, built Soul Rippers to destroy the invading experimentals with impunity, rather than building isolated land experimentals to get steam rolled.
I think if Rage just pulled back for a little bit instead of donating so much mass, sent a flock of engies to reclaim and build T3 mexes in the back lines, mixed more anti air earlier, and sent in those spy planes, he would have won. But that's hindsight and supcom head for ya! Definite great job considering 1100 and playing 3 other players!
This was so painful watching all those uncapped mexes for so long in the final act of this epic. As Jagged Appliance says, those untapped mexes should be like beacons burning into your eyes. It's criminal, letting all that potential eco go to waste. It's possible to get from 500 mass per tick to 900 very quickly when you have that many destroyed bases in your half of the map. With 900 eco he could have continued spamming the land T4's whilst also making a game ender, such as a scathis. I suppose that's the difference between an 1100 and a 2000. The ability to think clearly and the APM going into the 2nd hour of gameplay. One of those where he was let down by the highest rated players getting picked-off too early.

He needed to drag a huge line of t1 land and t1 air factories, and spam random collections of units all over the place to keep them busy. This would have made his attacks more successful and would have given him more time to rebuild mexes and power and t3 air.
seeing how his eco was mostly -1k mass for a long while, it would've been pretty hard to do, and I don't think the problem was a lack of spam, it was a lack of Eco rebuild, as well as not being able to deal with the best defense they had, aka the Cybran ACU lol
