This one is after the recommissioning process and discusses the possibility of you owning a super bike for very little money, at the same time, the bike is well sorted, safe and most importantly good fun! There are plenty of projects out there, choose wisely and find the right bike for you.
I've got an 87, and it still runs great. I like the fact you can adjust the valves without having to pull the cams. The handling is pretty good for such a heavy bike too.
Popular bike back in the day. Think they came out around 1987? Fireblade in 1992 ended its reign.
Yes, this was the first generation FH or SC21 models
Hi again I am not fully restoring the bike just like you making it a good safe ride . My bike is very clean but the tank need de rusting inside . Its not at all good very rusty . Any tips?? Its got around 32000 miles on the clock but has been looked after . Great stream mate thanks 👍👍👍👍
I put a new starter motor in my cb400 the one i got on ebay didnt work untill i put the old spinner in from the old starter now it starts ok
Glad you figured it out, eBay is a bit of a lottery sometimes
I have had success with a mild citric acid on really rusty tanks, it does etch the interior though and best if a liner is used afterwards
without bikes to fix i think we all would go insain. theres no better medecine than being in your shed with a bike to fix .
@oodiddy9778 Therapy for sure!
Hello, great video. I have exactly the same bike. Had it well over 15 years and never skips a beat. What tyres and size is on yours?
