You should do more rear wheel drive. Also still waiting for rotary explosion.
A rotary explosion would be epic! Not really a rear wheel drive fan, better than front wheel drive though!

Never know if Kev’s “dirt cheap” is actually dirt cheap but $12 for a 20kg servo is pretty damn dirt cheap...
I have the 20kg and 2 25kg ones in 2 different cars and love them . The 25kg are insane strong and plenty fast for a crawler

Had to write in and tell you my favorite part was when the little bugger kicked out the floor mat going outside... I have done that before with my cars..gives you that feeling they got some power they want to run

Nice body, when I did my rally car I did my front splitter in some composite material also (even had foam), but it shattered on the very first bad landing, switched to an aluminum one I cut out of a sheet of stock (which so far is still holding up). As for the servo lead, maybe you can find a small L bracket or something screwed into the chassis to put a barrier between the outdrive cup and that lead.
I was in a D.T lesson the other day and saw this exact design on my teachers desk and I was just like I swear I’ve seen that form somewhere 😂

I did that 911 kit on my ProCat back in the early 1990's...of course i sprayed mine Green.
I remember how much bigger my machine looked and i used to drive the club crazy by leaving the worn off road tire's on at the school hall meeting's.
Get this...while other's were taking thing's far too seriously...when my turn/heat came around i would spend the entire heat DRIFTING my GreenPorker.
I always came in the Top 3 place's using a well used and abused off road setup.
Ahh the good ould day's when i used to go to the meeting's on my dayglow MTB packed and stacked with all of my rc kit including a Car battery strapped on to the rear carrier....8/12 mile's each way.

hey kev a little tip i have is to wax your body's that you want to be protected with normal car wax and put a bunch of coats on it and it will protect it from small scrathes and things like that.

I have been binge-watching al your vids. I have been in to rc cars when i was younger. Now iam a drone racer. But still have 1:10 RC Toyota HiLuxHighLift from when crawling was starting. Now got the need to update that thing back to life🤪 and i bought 1/12 dessert racer this night😁 your fault with all your cool toys. Wish a could do it 2. Keep them vids coming👍

Kev Nice work on the body, good choice of color. Has it got a center diff? I'm thinking it looks like it might have (might be wrong) as the front and rear wheels spinning at different speeds. If it has then maybe lock it? Like fitting a spool would do (not practical to drive out to get a spool at the minute, so maybe time for the hot glue gun on the diff!), that'd help it do a burnout much better. Just my two pennies worth. Hope it helps.

@@KevinTalbotTV no worries I only mention it purely for burnouts or speed runs, I like centre diff in most cars most of the time. That orange is eye popping, you should get a wrap for the Lambo in that color. Stay safe. Kimberley challenge video's very good!

What you need to do so you don't get any bleeding if you want your windows to be clear. Just spray some clear coat first and let it dry, then after that. Your golden n you'll never get any bleeding onto the windows. Because no matter how good you are at masking up, paint always has a way of getting into the tiniest of cracks (that’s what she said).

The reason for this is, I took a wrong turn on my first attempt at a freeway and blew away from TWO PORSCHES
One was ORANGE, the other was YELLOWish

If you want to get some dedicated scuffing stuff, then Id recommend 800-2000 grit sandpaper.
You alright Kev, love all your vids, me and my 4 year old boy watch all the time, I’ve an old RC 1/10 scale car from when I was young and watching this particular vid has inspired me to Build my own.. what’s the best web site, online shops for parts wheels etc, what would you recommend... something similar to this prose would be brilliant for him.. look Forward to hear 👍🏻
After you paint it, spray on top of the paint with flex seal or use black gorilla tape and it will make it close to indestructable.

Cool car, but it's not a rally car. Check out some of Dakar 911 and hill climb cars. Basically you need to get that thing up off the ground. Either way it's just my stupid opinion, and it looks awesome, despite cooling fan headlamps...lol cool vid Kev, and thanks for the heads up on where to get a nice 1/8 scale 911.
