- "Ezio's Family" by Jesper Kyd has become a beloved theme throughout the Assassin's Creed games, introduced first as a theme for Ezio Auditore da Firenze in Assassin's Creed II. I've always loved this theme and was so excited to create my own rendition. I especially loved adding some Latin and English lyrics!

This is why I prefer the Templar. Law is what keeps people from committing whatever atrocity suits them at the time. If you don't listen to your own conscience, what kind of man are you? What gives the Assassins the right to decide what is correct action, especially if they don't limit themselves to law and morality? What gives them the right to work outside the rule of law? What right do they have to ignore what morally right and do whatever they want? When a man does something an atrocious act even though they know it's evil, what kind of man are they? I don't agree with the Templars that want a complete dictatorship, but the Assassins' creed basically says that they don't have to hold themselves accountable for their actions.

Assassin's Creed II was the very first game in the franchise I played, and it's had a lasting impression on me ever since. This is by far the most beautiful cover of its theme I've ever heard.

"One last prayer
One more feeling" - Ezio's Journey, learning to pray for his fallen enemies while also learning to live a good life
"Song of hope and liberation" - Connor and Aveline fighting to regain their freedom
"Fight for honor, fight for freedom" - Edward learning to live with honour and fight for a better cause, because it will lead to his ultimate freedom
I like to think that "fight for freedom" does fit better with Adewales dlc freedom's cry. xD

Ac2, brotherhood and revelations had a great story and sound track. They went hand in hand, they're still one of my favourites to this day.

Ezio Auditore is not just a Game Character.
The biggest reason why we're madly in love with him is not just the story, It's Uniqueness is that we get to see him BORN, Become a MAN, grow OLD and die a peaceful death at the age 65, all those worth of storyline, no one even knows themselves that closely.
That is alone why he should be an icon, but HE IS BEYOND AMAZING, (Everything about him)

@Zel Zerat you just said something amazing! People who never played ezio before always thinks it's not worth it, because they don't know! And they don't even wanna listen...they don't know what is ezio throughout the trilogy, if they are true assassin's creed fans, ezio is their favorite.
ibam not even a hardcore AC fan but you gotta play the old classics, AC:Brotherhood is peak of Classic AC and u will get more out of it if u play AC2 . ezio trilogy is worth it

Really made me miss the old assassin's Creed games. The new ones just don't do it for me. These first ones were such a new experience and such a great new story in a place I would never have searched for one. Great song.
Probably because new games aren't AC games at all. They'll be good games in their own rights, great RPGs, great settings/locations/atmosphere, but it's just not assassin's creed anymore, it lost all the meaning, sadly.

I know the song itself is amazing but when it comes up when Kassandra says "the wolf of Sparta is my father" and the game pans out for the title. That's goosebumps!

Personally, Odyssey was the best game in the franchise. It's so filled with emotion and care. Seeing your comment I looked up this part to see one more time and got goosebumps all over again. Amazing game!

Good lord i got the chills. This was beautifully made and done. First assassin's creed i played was 2 and been in love with the franchise since. Was 12 when i played, 24 now.
This is sick....it is almost miraculous to see someone so much beatiful to bring even more beauty to song such is this... i always loved Ezio's theme, but with your vocal and your face it gets absolutely new and divine shape

Honestly, they are different games now. Not necessarily worse, but definitely different.
Assassin's Creed Odyssey at its worst is a beautiful adventure RPG. At its best is an open world, teeming with life and wonders, and characters you will fall in love with.
I STRONGLY recommend you play it for yourself! You will not find the experience lacking, that I promise you!
I do also recommend that you play as Kassandra, but that was my personal choice and I have never regretted it!
@@masterdude9419 I am playing AC Odyssey as we speak, I sunk roughly 30 hours into it already. And yes the game is definitely beautiful. I went for Kassandra as well because she's canon and seem to fit the story better. So far so good!

“When” AC was good?? AC has ALWAYS been good! Granted I miss Jade Raymond and Corey May, and Ashraf/Darby added the worst aspects of the franchise, but overall it is far better than 98% of other games on the market!!

When I saw you were about to post a cover of Ezio's Family I wasn't that stoked. The song means so much to me as well as the Assassin's Creed franchise, not all covers give that same feeling as the original.
