Love you Juji! FYI if you put a noise gate in post on each of your mics (if they're separate) you can remove that echo (the other persons mic starts picking them up too). Those dji mics might even have a built in noise gate feature! I got into rock climbing recently and it was so cool to see you crossover with Magnus!
What he’s saying about the feet is akin to relaxing the hands for pulls so that you can better contract the back. Makes perfect sense now that I hear it broken down
Hi Juji :) I came here from Magnus’s channel. I’ve watched a lot of the vids you’ve made together, and have been hugely impressed by how mutually supportive and friendly you elite athletes all are. I’ve never been involved in either climbing or body building, and I was surprised. I’m very impressed though - it’s great to see! I’m also particularly happy to see you still posting over here. I hope you and Magnus might get a chance to spend some time together again soon and make some more great vids. He still needs to master that backflip :) 👍
Thank you very much for these informational type of videos you've done recently. They're both very funny to look at as well as very informative. The cues for the SLDL will be very helpful as well as the "going wide" explanation on the triceps. Very, VERY thankful for this. You've always been an inspiration and motivator before workouts the last few years(5 years with my brother, he's the one that introduced me to this channel!) and I hope that I'll still be able to watch you in the coming years! ☺
These are quite similar to 21s with the sets at the high angle with a challenging weight for that angle and lower angle sets with a challenging weight for that angle
Yes exactly! Pick a weight you can get to the very top with control. I’m aiming for last 20 percent but probably ends up being top 1/3. Then pick a very challenging weight for “bottom” 2/3 which feels like more forward and back motion.
2:58 Juji actually looks hyperextended slightly there. I don't think the incline seat actually inclines your femur that much, it merely compensates for peoples bulbous hamstrings and glutes which would make the femur point slightly downward, toward the knee, on a perfectly flat seat.
Hey bud. Everyone have different “end” ranges and some have “beyond” zero degrees. Visiting end range with speed/momentum is where you’re going to get some damaging joint stuff. So him establishing control to that end point is what we are working towards. Hope that clears things up.
2:56 His knee isn't going into a greater degree of extension, the entire leg structure was pulled up from the hip. You can clearly see the upper and lower leg was already completely flat. At no point in the video did Juji enter that range of motion other than when he was pulled into it, which seemed to be the main point this guy was trying to get across (that you ought to be using that top end ROM). It was also interesting how he ignored Juji's question about turning the knees in and out. Interesting because it has a simple answer; the knee is a hinge joint, (Outlined by Ben Pakulski in another Juji vid interestingly) and applying force through the knee in an un-even manner is just risking injury. But he decided to use some flowery language and dance around the actual question without giving an answer at all.
Not too familiar with this machine but what is the adjustment that they're changing from 0 to 2? It is what was changed when going from the high ROM to the low ROM. Thank you!
Hey! I mean bend at the knee. Most people “lower” their leg and don’t actually try to bend the knee right away to then straighten again. Move from knee as opposed to the hip and knee.
Wow that is nonsense and completely opposite. The vastus medialis is more dominant at the end of the knee extension approximately last 5-10 degrees. The amount of bro science from this vid is outrageous. “Crack your knees” what a silly term which quickly could be misunderstood. Your ankle joint can’t knee extend, so let Juji dorsal flex if he wants to, it doesn’t make a difference, actually the amount of motor units to the muscles could potential increase due to synergies. I could go on. Please don’t listen to this nonsense, just do full range of motion and don’t make exercise so confusing, especially a machine based exercise. Love from a Danish physiotherapist ✌🏼
Haha I am aware of 4 ligaments in knee. Was referring to “screw home” mechanism which is the locking of tibia moving on femur at terminal knee extension due to different lengths of medial and lateral collateral. The crack your knee cue is due to the fact that most people maintain a relative straight leg to put the weight down effectively lowering the pad from their hip. We are trying to drive knee motion. Give it a try and get back to me. This is NOT a “move the most weight” design but try to allow the athlete to visit the end range with appropriate load.
I love that despite juji being a world class athlete and bodybuilder, he's always learning new things from all kinds of people
Juji’s grindset is over 9000% with these 3 uploads today
He performed a fusion dance with someone, you can hear it in his voice.
Nice reference

That feedback sandwich haha
Eric has a great understanding of anatomy and how the body redistributes energy and work.
Eric is absolutely the beast. Changed my entire career. Grateful to call him my teacher

I love that all these have just come out on the same day, legend
This is the type of gold we sub to juji for! Thanks again bruv!
the last 5 videos have been absolute gems! thank you Juji
This guy was incredible!!
Side note. Did this workout yesterday omg my legs feel it. Thanks for the info an new workouts. Much love all!

This video was very informative, thank you for this.

Great content! Really looking forward to implementing this next quad day.
I've been having knee trouble on the extension lately, and have been falling out with it, so I'm super pumped to try out a new philosophy on it 🤌
I'm very excited for leg day tomorrow after watching this. Very informative, love your channel bro.
Thanks Juji, can't wait to try this.
this is awesome, watching you figure out muscle activation makes me try
Would love to see more from this fella👍🏽
Juji, this series is fantastic! Would you do a lat video with Eric?
Gonna use this leg extension super set tonight, thank you.
Eric is a mine of information 💚
Who makes those boots?! Epic stuff Jon, interview technique putting Tim Ferriss to shame.
these vids are really good

Always learning the ganesh mentality
Ive been having some knee pain when I do my one-legged bench squats. I might trying doing the extensions if it could bring relief.
I'm literally in gym and this uploaded 2min ago😊😅
Top-range partials following full-ROM reps. Hasn't everybody tried this at some time or other to fully work their quads?
I like the robo voice audio juji haha.
Great tips tho! I felt the same results when I incorporated more extensions.
While I’m watching this I can’t help but think, “I wish my gym had a plate loaded iso-lateral quad extension like the one next to them.”
Welp now I need a leg extension machine lol 😂
I'm the 14,426th person to see this thank you
Give or take one million People are going to know
3 vids in one day???

lol, weird to see Mike just walking back there around 6:45.

Sure joss. Keep it straight. Focus on not letting it slide around. Done
Also Ben has been a great friend of mine for many years so you may hear some similar language

This is a prime leg extension and has a CAM change that makes top heavier and then bottom motion heavier.
@@ericseifert6107 Ahh okay. Thanks for clarifying that for me!
you posted three videos on the same day. Is this what people mean by a brosplit?
What does it mean when he says crack the knee
Hey! I mean bend at the knee. Most people “lower” their leg and don’t actually try to bend the knee right away to then straighten again. Move from knee as opposed to the hip and knee.
This must be a mistake, 3 part video in 1 day?
Nope! Enjoy all 3 in one day!
algorithm
Did you mean to put up 3 vids in 3 minutes or did someone fuck up premiers?
Yes I did mean to do that.
@@jujimufu A little out of the norm but ok bud! I am ok!
how much tren is this guy using? 500 mg?
The knee has more than two ligaments.
Yes boss…I was referring to medial and lateral collateral ligaments are two different lengths
I think Broderick Chavez was better quad extension guru
Wow that is nonsense and completely opposite. The vastus medialis is more dominant at the end of the knee extension approximately last 5-10 degrees. The amount of bro science from this vid is outrageous.

Knee breakers
Tiny feet wtf?
