"There you go!" The fatherly encouragement in the voice of this dude, gotta appreciate it.
I need him in my life hahaha
LOL i came down to the comments to say this. Says it just like hani rambod
reminds me of John Meadows. He always says exactly the same thing with the same intonation. Hes also about the same age.
I love when athletes and bodybuilders actually learn how to use and train their body more effectively after years of doing it less optimally.
Mad how they get such results sub-optimally though right?!
No doubt, large quantities of exercise gets results, but at the expense of injury and often loss of strength and/or range of motion in the long term.
Just imagine if people were trained in proper form and motion from a young age how good their results would be…
Do you? Do you love that?
Yeah, as a massage therapist, I’m all about people learning to be more effective and efficient in their body movements and exercises.
I am fascinated that people who have been doing physical activities for years can still learn new and better ways of doing so.
oPtiMalLy :DDDD lol
I could listen to Eric and his wonderful advice all day.
Wonderful video.
2:39 meanwhile she's just vibin in the background
I love every detail about this video.... How open Juji is to trying new techniques and how good Eric is at explaining and adjusting... This is amazing!
Eric is a master. I've been to see him several times to help me with my old bodybuilding injuries and he gives me great ideas and cues for my clients. Much love and respect to you Eric.
I feel like these are game changing tricep tips right here
This guy really know what he's talking about! Everything make sense! We want more tutorial with this guy!
Holy shit i saw this vid today and I just tried it in my workout. The mind-muscle connection is INSANE. Hands down the best triceps exercise for me. Now I just need these tips for my biceps
This series is going to be slept on, but there's so much good info here
Learned a lot, Tris are also a weak point of mine so glad to see this vid
I’m getting certified in this technique at the moment and has been life changing for not only my clients but myself!! Eric is an amazing instructor and shows his knowledge! Juji!!! I mentioned this muscle activation 7 months ago in a comment before when you were training with Martin and Szats dealing with hip mobility!! Glad you’re finally getting into it and let me know when your in Wichita Kansas!!
That’s pretty cool that someone who knows what he is talking about is teaching folks to tricep extension the way I started doing because it felt better.
Juji! Where did you find this guy?!?! I'm 2 min in and learning so much! Thank you
This makes me happy, I've played around with exercises for a little over decade now. This confirms My theories on the excerises I figured out myself like the single arm tricep extensions he's doing
For the past few months I've been doing dual rope pushdowns with just my index finger and thumb against the stopper. Insane long head growth, and no elbow fatigue. It's honestly shocking how much difference a few small changes will make.
Nicely done ❤
A minute in and I paused the video and went to my basement gym so I could do all this with you. This was so informative!
Gonna do exact the same. Have a good day
Right? I wanted to go to the gym just to try these things.
Wicked content jujimufu!!!! Keep it coming!
Comment for the algo and sponsors, I bought the two lengths of ROT8 bars when Juji recommended them in a live he did on yt a couple weeks back. They are great!
Great video, detailed exercise tear down. Waiting for the next vids in the series!
This video is absolutely incredible. I can’t wait for the rest of this series!
I was just looking at how to grow my triceps better this is great!
Love all the frequent new uploads this is my favorite channel on RUclips!
Eric Seifert is a GIFT! So much knowledge I learned so much.
This coach is next level, 1st I'm thinking (I only work out at home) where do I buy that single handle tricep pull down then he goes into the rope and I'm blown away, I can achieve this at home with minimal equipment, great stuff, cheers.
Loving the frequent uploads juji
Been doing those single arm cable pulldowns for a few years now they feel WAY better then both arm pulldowns
This is good stuff juji!!!
Love these kind of videos, keep them coming.
I've been incorporating 1 arm triceps kickbacks with shoulder extension and I've gotten some of the gnarliest triceps pumps yet. 3 sets to failure (12-15 reps) plus some overhead work and my tris were fried for 3 days. Playing with shoulder extension is such a cool tool to have in the toolbox.
This is absolutely mind blowing!
I cannot wait to try this. My triceps have been a frustrating weakpoint, especially the long head.
Great tips and techniques in this vlog.💪💪
Great video, extremely useful and great Kinesiology based explanation!
Thanks for sharing man, will definitely do some of these techniques.
THA=NK YOU SO MUCH FOR THE HAMSTRING MATERIAL. I FEEL STRAIGHT LEG DEAD LIFTS AS A STRETCH AND NOT AS AN EXERCISE THAT DIRECTLY HITS THE HAMS. SO PLEASE DELVE INTO THIS BC I'VE TRIED SO MANY VARIATIONS TO NAIL THIS EXERCISE AND HAVE YET TO DO SO!
My motivational music is now just him saying "there you go!" on loop
But seriously, amazing trainer. I'm a stickler for form and this stuff is gold!
Fortis makes a Triceps attachment (can also be used for Stiff-Arm Cable Lat Pushdowns) and it's nearly perfect for pushdowns and utilizes a lot of the same principles that Eric is talking about. I highly recommend it.
One of my favorite vids juji😮
Watched these videos out of order, but enjoyed part one the most! Great advice on how to optimize a single workout for pull-downs.
I watched this series today and went straight to the gym to try this and the leg extension. Absolutely love the tips. I would love to see more of these types of videos. I started wondering if there were things i could be doing better on basically everything I touched today.
My triceps are my best muscles so this will make them even betterrrrrrr muahhaha
This was really interesting, thanks.
Awesome video!...Good job!
At this point, Juji is now a ball of striated massiveness potentially earning his pro card tomorrow
Juji looks freaking amazing.
Super interesting video. I love such professionals!
Knowledge is power
nice idea for a series
Juji, you are a great student!!!!!
Love it!
Awesome content
pure gold!
Great info
learning a lot of bro science here. thanks!
holy SHIITTT these videos are awesome
Amazing content, definitely trying this, next arm day, 💪
Single arm tricep pull down was something I think I saw Cbum do in a video last year and I do them every week as a starter or finisher. It really helped me with my mind muscle connection to do them individually with constant time under tension like this. Seeing this video is really validating this for me, thanks guys.
Eric the Legend
💪💪💪 YUUUSSSS!!!
Ben Pakulski did a video regarding triceps and angles years ago. But this is great stuff also... Great videos
You look amazing Juji! Great video
He looks 60!
Ever since I bought a rope with no rubber end stoppers it forces me to apply constant grip activation with pulling and tri exercises
Needed this my triceps are a big weak point for me!
good video
cool stuff
Nice video :) Does anyone know the name/model of the grip they use? I'm looking at AliExpress and not finding anything
such a gem... used it in training today and the contraction was insane
Juji what are the handles you used for the 1st part of the video ?
I learned things
Nice haircut jujii
2:15
Juji, where do I get those tricep handles?
This is a fantastic video, also you are looking lean and ever
A minute 20 in, he's given one piece of advice and I already know I have to keep this on hand for my next tricep workout 🤌
Where do you buy the tricep extension bar and those walnut whip grips
Triceps baby
There you go.
Juji you also need to try different chest exercises
Fact that Athlean x showed this exercises years massive respect form me
I don't normally use weights for upper body. I personally do calisthenics, but I'll definitely try applying these aspects to my exercises.
***!!! amaazzing!!! I LOVE THIS!! !@#
My guy looks like an old wise viking in that thumbnail
2:39 That was nice
So what cable attachment is that? The cone looking one?
where can i buy this handle he is using for the triceps
Dana White Athlean X had some good pointers. 💪🙂👍 Jokes aside - no ill intentions, good video.
I could be standing behind this guy at Wal mart and never think he knew anything about fitness....but damn it he know his shit lol
I still like Jeff from AthleanX's rocking push downs as an accessory
3:17 i make the same sound doing this exercise :/
what the attachment at 7.25? the part what makes the exercise wider?
I don't know what it's called but Prime Fitness makes them
I bet this guy always puts a shit ton of kickbacks in his training routines😂😂😂
That pure muscle and fitness?
The 1 arm cable attachment at the begining of the video. Can anyone tell me what it's called?
Drawstring Single Grip. Put that in google.
@@TheYrttitee finally someone!! Thanks buddy.
I bet you would have a good workout if you did a pushup everytime he said "theyr ya go" 👊😂
I loved that verbal feedback haha! "THERE YAH GO!" very pleasant!
isnt this more of a kick bakc then a push down?
A new way to straighten your arm.
