This is kinda like a microcosm of the whole Grizzly saga. When /fit/ first discovered Grizzly, they saw the unorthodox lifts with low ROM combined with grizzly's physique and thought it was a joke. Then a couple gym bros actually tried some of his lifts and realized how insanely hard they are and just how strong you actually have to be to do these lifts and people began to realize that he's legit strong. Couple that with a few greek gym bros digging up that Grizzly was a competitive powerlifter and sustained several injuries which is why he does the low ROM lifts we end up where we are now.

Instead of taking time off to heal and recover his strength in functional movements with full ROM, he decided to get really strong in the most minimal ROM exercises, apart from the power stand up thing and his shoulder pull exercise. Most of these exercises seem like they would have minimal functionality

He has some younger dudes editing his vids and they probably translated the word to him so he is basically called Buff Lord by foreigners which sounds cool if that is what you're going for.
Also, most people calling him weak are dumbass dyels with no concept of weight and saying he'll "gas out" in a fight just shows you've never been in an actual fight. Ufc is not real fighting. There are no bells, rules and weight class separations irl. Most fights last 1-2 mins and running away (not dodging) with your "superior cardio" merely shows submission in the eyes of spectators since we are just apes after all and apes have hierarchies based in part on physicality
