I saw Gregg at the Ryman in 2013. Devon's band opened. Then during Dreams, Devon came out and played standing close to his father. The encore was One Way Out. Devon and Keith Urban came out and jammed down. Earlier Urban came out and played w/Gregg on Stormy Monday. Anyway I'm so glad Devon and Duane are doing this. It means a lot to a lot of people. I like this song and the Yellow Sub with Greggs initials is a awesome touch. Hey, the next time yall go down to Georgia don't forget to Eat a Peach for peace...
Was listening to this song on Alice Cooper show and thought I was listening to a song made in the 60s or 70s. Seems to be a big challenge these days for bands to make such a sound. Great Job!
I can tell where the Allman Brothers Got Their sound with this tune. I can picture Greg sitting behind his organ and singing this. This is an awesome jam, plus the vocals are awesome. not knocking the vocals at all. it's just a classic sounding Allman Brothers tune. Will never have his Dad's voice (the youthful Dickey I mean) I'm afraid, but I'm willing to give him some time. He and Devon sound good here, I agree. But Devon always sounds like he's trying too hard. Perhaps I'll draw some hate for this.
