It is a very precise pistol, an excellent compromise between power and precision like no other pistol has unless the muzzle loading pistol has a Match trigger. It is a gun that is no longer easy to find. I am looking for the 32 caliber Davy Crocket rifle which unfortunately also has been discontinued. Why don't you shoot pyrodex instead of actual black powder. Atleast here it's cheaper and easier to get as well as being able to shoot way way more without having to clean it during a shooting outing.
BENNYBIGGUN Its a black powder substitute supposedly safer and easier to get as here in the usa retailers can only have a certain amount of black powder in the store and can only sell a certain amount whereas pyrodex being an equivalent and less dirty substitute can be carried in mass amounts and someone could buy 150lbs if they wanted.

Nice looking pistol. Don`t see many small caliber percussion pistols.
1957Shep it was difficult finding a mold for it but i eventually found one on the LEE website

A proper charge of Swiss Powder fffg {3F} pushing a .310" ball with .015" thick canvas pillow ticking patches should be a good fit.

Pyrodex is super corrosive though. It’s a big downside to me.
