    In love with the warm palette and all of the textural details. Definitely a space I’d pull inspo from for my own home

    As a former ID she speaks my language. This is a beautiful serene home which is the way a lot of designers live. I love the mod look and very warm color palette. Great artwork! Thanks for the tour.

    I love the minimal modern design she has. It feels very clean and organized which is really important for a lot of people in today’s day and age with so much that overwhelms us in our day to day life.

    I sold candles for years, and suggested to my clients to first, clip wicks 1/4” before lighting, next, do not burn candles over 2 hours because that’s when the dirty black soot and smoke happens , and finally, the minimum you should burn candles is until the whole layer of candle wax is melted… otherwise, you don’t burn the wax evenly, but the result is a hole. I hate watching these beautiful homes burn black sooty candles.

    It’s a very nice apartment and decorating, but I didn’t understand the architecture. I assume that you are showing a 2nd floor. I saw one of the windows passing through the floor. My one criticism of Homeworthy is not showing enough of the building.

    This tour is good for all of the people who have been wanting to see formality’s, clean lines esthetics decorated young person. I also have worked with people whose are unable to withstand bright colors in their homes, clothing due to sensory issues. I love her home.

    I like a couple of her art pieces, but it feels a bit too safe and basic. Her commentary also sounds basic. I would have loved to see her embrace elements of the old church and have more fun with it. There was no interesting story. As a designer, I would have mixed in a couple of vintage pieces (an old church pew, for instance) or more quirky items to make it all less vanilla.

    The countertops and backsplash are very nice and look great with the style and color of the kitchen cabinets. I wouldn’t change them. At least not for a while. Guess she must have a lot of money to throw around.

    An interior designer who uses the word juxtaposition so much. Hmm…I wonder how every single person on this channel labels themselves interior designers.
    Does Homeworthy have a list of all of the professional interior designers and they just pick them randomly?
    I enjoy watching tours of people who don’t have showroom looking apartments.
    I guess we are all interior designers because we decorate our homes.

    The last few Homeworthy videos I’ve watched, including this one, I’ve had to do so in “mute” due to the fact that every other word spoken by the homeowner is * hum*!?! So annoying and distracting. Although I enjoy the variety of content this channel offers, I do wish it included an optional video version with background music only.

    🥱 new 💰 😂 we all know, the real is with the old 💰 system😘👌💥. High prices, yet nothing of high value or return of high profits 📈 except the historic building church .
    All in kindness 😊❤ it still beautiful home/condo

      My guess is that the camera lighting is causing it to look yellow throughout the apartment.

  • @LyraDavis
    @LyraDavis 10 дней назад +1

    It’s like she had a check sheet of the trendy furniture items from Pinterest. There’s nothing to pay homage to the setting or the building the apartment is housed in. If she wanted contemporary, her ‘design’ would fit perfectly in any generic, modern high-rise.
    Like nothing seems to have any sentimental value or story to it. It’s all just stuff. Stuff she spent money on to fill a space. So there’s no personality. Nothing that attaches her home to her and says ‘I live here’ . In a fire, she’d probably just grab whichever item she spent the most money on. I’ve seen all these pieces in every home on Instagram.. it feels more like a show room than somebody’s actual home and sanctuary… the soul is missing for me…so it kinda leaves me feeling a bit hollow watching this. Don’t get me wrong, she’d be fabulous at designing a hotel suite, or an air b&b or other such spaces. Ahh well.. to each their own I guess.
