If you did that for 5 years you’d gain 200lbs. I don’t doubt she doesn’t eat like that every meal, she doesn’t need to. Overeating by just 400 calories a day everyday for half a decade will add on 200lbs. She just doesn’t understand how easy it is to gain weight and how quickly small things add up.
