1:43 in Australia we also have nandos and it can be somewhat healthy. I normally get a half charcoal chicken which is about 440 calories and 70 grams of protein (I remove the skin to save calories) and side salad! This is a good meal option for me when I go out with mates without compromising my fitness goals. I'm down about 90 pounds 40kg and now im in the process of a body recomp😗🫶🏻
Nando's actually isn't a fast food place. It's a legit resturant which serves grilled peri peri chicken and rice/chips and is pretty healthy for example if you get 1/4 chicken meal, you get a grilled chicken leg, a side of chips plus a regualr coke (they're fanous for their bottomless drinks but tbh their cups are big so I've personally never done a refill) that all equals a hearty 634 calories. However, like most things, it can become unhealthy if you consume godly amounts of it. And like we see in her videos. She doesn't just have Nando's as one of her three main meals, she continuously eats crap for the whole day so even if she has one healthy meal, it doesn't count because every other meal and every snack is highly processed fast food or insanely high in sugar so the unhealthy foods she consumes negates the one decently nutritionally balanced meal she does have
