- If your toilet is making an unwanted noise after flushing it's a sign that the fill valve is going bad and needs to be replaced. While some fill valves can be repaired in the field we typically just opt to replace them.

I have never fixed any appliance in my life but your easy to follow video gave me the confidence to change out my fill valve. And I did!! Thank you!
Very articulate and clear, great correlation of the talk with the video, very complete, thanks!
Great vid! Looks pretty straightforward. I'm clueless when it comes to diy but our toilet needs some love.
Okay I am officially binge watching your channel now!
Thank you, much appreciated
You got good and helpful videos. Use a tripod instead of doing 1 handed jobs. 2 hands are better than 1.
Sounds good.

Nice, question when I flush my toilet and it refills it make like sound like it's refilling over and over until it reach the top? Any idea what could cause that.. just started happening out of nowhere
Mine did the same, the flapper at the bottom of the tank wouldn't close. It would get Hung up on the chain that held it up.
Yeah replace the flapper definitely
My toilet does this but it’s a new toilet.
Don't buy Mansfield toilets- their fill valves are junk. I'm on my third one in two years. Planning on replacing the toilet with a better brand.
Then I turn around and look to see what type I have… of course the builders chose Mansfield.
All I did was replaced the fill valve washer. Can't hear it shut off now.
100 % sure the toilet makes the same noise 😂
So the only ballcock in the throne is your own?
Now thats funny. A farting toilet.
