I have both knives and have no problems with them. I have used the Bundeswehr for a long time now and had no problems with the knife after I fixed it. On the MIL-TEC I have no problems opening the tools on it. Great video I enjoyed it. May God bless you.
The original Bundeswehr knifes are (obviously) made by Victorinox. The one you are reviewing here is a knock off of the current version. The other one is a knock off of the older version which wasn't made by Victorinox I believe. The funny thing is, the very first swiss army knifes were actually made in Germany. Now german army knifes are made in Switzerland.
