    Is the CFPB hiring?

In general, I'm very pleased with the ruling. Sure there will still be arguments over individual rules, regulations and details of its role. That's fine, but upholding the basic funding structure is a win for consumers imo. A loss in this case would have likely ended the CFPB or at the very minimum made it permanently toothless. In the current state of politics, where major divisions exist almost reflexively on nearly everything, I don't see how any compromise would have ever made it through congress for a funding mechanism.

Great info! I'm personally in favor of the CFPB and corporate accountability even if I disagree with some of the CFPB's conclusions and methods.
The problem with regulation and watchdogs to enforce them, is that you don't really get to see its purpose until it fails. This is why superheroes need super enemies. Imagine if superman were real! We'd cheer him on while he's actively busting down crime rings and saving the world, but a decade down the road when he's at the Bahamas taking in the rays, or when he breaks a car on accident, we'd probably call him reckless, wasteful, and dangerous. (especially if a politician could benefit from demonizing him lol)

In my opinion the late fee cap was political jockeying at its best as the credit card companies can and will get their money a hundred different ways e.g. increase rates etc.

Hey ProudMoney, I just watched your video and I must say that it was really informative and well-made.
I was wondering if I could help you edit your videos and repurpose your long videos into highly engaging shorts? I can also make high CTR thumbnails for your channel

If the following don’t apply, let it slide. You can stroke out tomorrow and lose everything including your ability to work so you can pay your bills. It happens to the best of us. Show some compassion while you’re being judgmental. Agencies like CFPS exist to protect consumers’ rights. Whatever they can do they can do to mitigate our costs, they should focus on those things. While I agree that everyone should pay their bills on time, mess happens. Just sayin 🤷🏽‍♀️

If you're late on paying you credit card 💳 bill, you, should pay, ,$ 35.00, 💯 %, pay your bills on time, or don't use them, 😉, !!!!!

Late fees on credit cards should be limited only by competition in the marketplace, not government central planning. If the late fee limits go to effect, the costs associated with those that pay late will be passed along to more responsible people that pay on time. There will also be less incentive for people to pay on time.

You don't get a late fee if you make a payment on time. It's strange. Maybe more folks will figure it out.

You have to be a special kind of [insert word of choice] to insist on allowing consumers to be donald ducked by unscrupulous businesses.
