I've been thinking of the removable handle mod as well. Thanks for watching and commenting.

Where you show the exposed thread behind the Pack-out wall mount ( 3:40 time line ).
Cut a section of 1/2" PVC just long enough to fill in the gap between Pack-out wall mount and the rolling cabinet.
Then put the PVC spacer between the wall mount and the rolling cabinet, then slide the bolts through the PVC spacer.
This will make a more rigid support for both units to work together.

A few washers would support the gap at the bottom. And sone kind of 1/4” J hook instead of a zip tie is another alternative.

Can you show that going up some steps?

Good point. It wouldn't handle steps well. I use mine in a factory setting with no stairs so it's not an issue for me. I appreciate your feedback and thanks for watching.

Great idea but not for me. It's all good until you get to the staircase.

Great point. Fortunately, I rarely have to deal with stairs. Thanks for watching.
