Not working for current instagram version , also you are using an already 3/4 image which can fit much better on instagram instead of a full body photo
Sharpening looks terrible if you ask me. It takes away subtle shades and replaces with harsh, loud colours. Unfortunately though i see awful over contrasted and saturated photos on Insta performing better than actually just well taken photos with more balanced colour so seems part of the game. Insta’s poor resolution always gripes me a lot also but again I understand why.

These stupid-ass websites should do all the cropping & resizing work automatically. It takes way too much time to do it ourselves when we want to post on multiple different sites. If you only post on 1 then it's ok. But I don't have time to mess around with different sizes for every damned site. It just ain't worth the hassle.
This is why social media is trash for photographers. You have to crop the image no matter what to make it fit which means you'll be losing part of the composition.
