Additional Tip: If you hit F12 it will pop right into Developer Mode. Sometimes it won't load the mobile version immediately, so then hit F5 and it will reload. So when I go to upload I open a tab, go to instagram, hit F12 F5 and I'm ready to upload.
Right!? All those tips were golden, but that Chrome/Phone tool is a godsend!!!

Dude that's a common feature in chrome to test web sites, view source code and inspect elements and test site in mobile phone view. Shortcut is F12 key to show or hide Developer options.

I study photography in Sweden to be a visual communicator. I don’t comment often but I can’t stay quiet about this. You shouldn’t edit in 8bit and sRGB. The chance of the image getting destroyed (since we are in photoshop) increases a lot. ProphotoRGB is a huge color space so it’s very good editing in that, as well as editing in 16 bit. When the picture is done then it’s time to change to sRGB and 8bit. sRGB to change to the color space that apps and websites uses and 8 bit to make the file smaller. To not change the colors you have to check the “flatten image to preserve appearance” or just flatten all the layers manually before going to the converter. To edit in a big color space will make it easier to change colors because there are more colors to edit if that makes sense. If we would have edited in sRGB and 8 bit we would have gotten a F on that photo. So it’s very important (at least for us since we will be commercial photographer with big costumers). Hope this helps anyone reading this to make the pictures even better!

Works with chrome but not with Firefox. I started to use this method and works like a charm

@@60sTango It works on Firefox like this: click CTRL+SHIFT+M, then on the top left select Galaxy or another and update. But I discovered a big problem, with this method the photo is published much worse quality than from a smartphone - the colors are dimmer and darker, the skin is gray. Try it yourself with one photo and compare. Sorry, very convenient, in fact.

In Apple Mac OS Safari, you can publish changing the user agent to iPhone Safari in develop menu. Safari preferences >advanced >show develop menu.
