This should be a pre-requisite for any fist fight - why get your nose bloodied if your opponent can do this. You figure who can't do this and declare the fight lost

Sir you got to keep your upper arms always tucked to your body (protect your ellbows!! always) ecspecially while shrimping. you will shrimp nowhere as long as your ellbows are exposed like that..nice workout Thank You and God bless!

These are tatami swain mats pieced together. They are really designed for a martial arts school. I would get a small roll out mat from greatmats, or zebra mats, or dollamur.
