Jiu Jitsu FLO is a class based on Brazilian Jiu Jitsu movements and techniques. These movements require no equipment, no partners and can be performed anywhere. These are solo body movements that focus on increasing STRENGTH, MOBILITY, BODY COORDINATION & CONTROL OF BREATH through self defense based movements.

fantastic workout man - really nice blend of mobility and practical jiu jitsu movements. I just finished and Im sweating hard but feel quite limber from all the variety (subscribed and liked) - from a canadian bjj blackbelt.

Great for beginners! First time I had to stop at 15 minutes, the second time at 20 but the third time a was able to do it all the way through. I'm planning to do your workouts every day. Thank you!

Damn, he wasn’t kidding when he said 33 minutes. I thought we were gonna get breaks.
This one has no breaks but moving forward the typical structure will be 1 minute of exercise with a 10 second rest period.
This was very awesome, I'm recovering from a rib pop (no fracture, probably a cartillage tear), and was looking for workouts to help with rehab, this was very gentle yet very technical and physical- fom a moroccan bjj whitebelt :)

I loved doing this workout and it was nice to do something different. I’m 31 weeks pregnant and my husband does Jui Jitsu. I modified where needed to stay safe but it was a lot of fun compared to all the other workouts I’ve been doing. I feel really great after this and my hips are definitely open and i leaned some new ways to get off the floor becuase sometimes i get stuck lol. Thanks so much!

WOW!!! Thank you sooooooo much for this! This is the kind of workout I'm drawn to but they're usually inaccessible and hard on the wrist. Your workout looks very accessible not just for someone with wrist issues but also for someone who is very unfit but can get on the floor. Looking forward to doing this and becoming fitter! This was fantastic. Recovering from L4-L5 herniation and was able to do this well with little pain. 🤙🏻
This is helping me to get back into shape as a I recover from a (non BJJ related) injury. I really feel it strengthening my knees and shoulders, which is where I need it the most. I hope to be rolling again soon!

I'm normally into Muay Thai and have done that and women's krav maga based self defense...but did bjj a while back and it has stuck in my mind...so built my own gym at home finally got the bag...and alternating days between muay thai, self defense, and bjj so thank you...as with most mma people don't realize how important fundamentals and conditioning are and how much easier it is to perform holds and grapple and roll when you are conditioned and train your body in the movements...great video...I found another but this one is everything I need so ty ty ty. 😊
