At 3:28, as a precaution, that stretching exercise can be bad for your medial collateral ligament (Inside knee ligament). It is an old school stretch but like some of them they can still be used just with caution and modifications. In that stretch it would be best to turn your body to your left to align your knee with your buttock. The leg and thing should be in a straight line. Stay safe.
Good one, it’s very frustrating for send just starting out, seemed like a potentially painful stretch
