Where do I find the park sensor settings on the C5 Elegance. My front sensor proximity beams have dissappeared. (Green & orange beams) when going front. Omoda SA is clueless.
It's the little rectangular black box below your number plate. Just make sure it's clean or nothing on it. There should also be a sensor on either side of the car at the front on the bumper in the corners near the main headlights.
@CharlotteRow-d3n, if i remember correctly, select your AVM and swipe the screen from the right. It'll bring up a list of camera settings such as the angle when turning. Alternatively, select the restore defaults in the vehicle settings. You'll have to reprogram some stuff, but all the options will be active.
Hi. I'm South African and it's actually an AFRIKAANS word. It's not "LUCKED" but actually "LEKKER" which means nice so I'm saying "LEKKER DAY" as in have a nice day.
What screen saver? Are you talking media screen or cluster infront of you? With most of the vehicles, just do a default restore in your settings and vehicles settings. That will default all your systems and then reprogram them to your desired settings.
Hi. Why would you want to use the cruise control without the ACC? If you put cruise control on and set the speed, you should be able to switch the ACC of using the left arrows and the OK button to select it. It's safer and more relaxing with the ACC on. You can changed the distance of the ACC but it is generally together with the cruise control. The only thing you can really change is the lane keep assist so it's not so intrusive.
Yes, you already said that in another vid. Did you have the ELEGANCE or the LUXURY? In all fairness I would choose the ELEGANCE over the LUXURY, with the sunroof, it's so cramped for a 6ft or 182cm guy my size. Even my wife who is 5ft inches says she felt cramped. The biggest issues for me was too many sub menus on the screen and in the LUXURY, the intrusive Lane Keep Assist ( LKA ). All in all I wouldn't say it was rubbish, just not my cup of tea. I love my T4 but want more space so I'm looking to upgrade to a T7 soon.
Love Your Channel. Proudly South African.
To get the red trim will actually add R2000. Awesome review. You made me get this😜
for short ppl it’s actually a perfect size

@theBaldChery yes, thats the actual sensors. The sensors are clean and not damaged. Where do I find the settings in the software/home menu?
