Which button did you press. There are 2 different ones. You need to press the actual seat that shows 3 dots. The other is to heat it. You also kind need to have the temp low.
@@theBaldChery I pressed the same buttons on the screen that you pressed. There are three red lights under the picture of the seat. It heated up the lower back portion of the chair
Switch the car off and leave it for a few min. Then start it, if it still says it, try to get to a dealer nearby. If it won't drive, call Chery road side assistance to collect the vehicle and have it taken to a dealership to get it looked at and resolved. From what I've seen, sometimes the fluid in the gearbox could be a little low to something like a connector coming loose. On an extreme case, it could be the gearbox itself.
Also the ambient lighting.

If you talking about the media system? It can be reset. The vehicle settings under basic, it should show "restore defaults"

I can't get to heat my seat, when I press those buttons, it it extremely cold

Yip. If you look at the seat diagrams, it is just for the fans. It's not for heating.
