  • Seriously. We signed on the dotted line, paid upfront in cash, and drove away from Victoria's Mornington Peninsula in a brand new Chery Omoda 5 EX all the way back to our office in Sydney. A total of 1052 kilometres in just two days.

    I'm in South Africa. My one hobby is watching car reviews. I drive from Johannesburg to Port Elizabeth two or three times a year, also 1050 km's thus was very interested to see the fuel consumption on your trip. Probably the first road test I have ever seen that does not mention anything about fuel consumption.

    Good honest review. We bought the identical car on May 24th, second in WA I believe and so far it has faultless, booked in for its 1000k service next week.

    Fuel consumption? Lane control shonky? Spongy brakes? Hmm … lots of bells/whistles (techy) … no leg support in rear seats 🤨 might as well be reviewing a smartphone or Smart Tech gadgets for household… meh …

    Would be good to see a unbiased review not this sponsored video.
    Pretty poor to bag out the haval h6 when the chery looks like a typical Chinese budget car .
    The haval h6 is a lot larger with more more luxurious interior and better build quality plus a larger engine with more space and more boot space .
    You can’t compare a h6 to an omoda as chery has a lot of bad reputation to work on.

    • @sandisongwenya4667
      @sandisongwenya4667 8 месяцев назад

      Chery Tiggo 8/7 is actually more luxurious than the H6. The Omoda 5 isn't a competitor for the H6, its a competitor to the Jollion. The Omoda C9/Exeed RX will blow Haval out of the water when it comes to build quality, luxury and safety features. When it comes to build quality of new Chery VS Haval, its actually pretty close. These are new cars not to be compared to the old Chery cars that came before

    • @wcrash9361
      @wcrash9361 8 месяцев назад

      @@sandisongwenya4667 that’s false, omoda 5 comes nowhere close to the jolion in many ways. The new tank500 and haval h9 are much more luxurious and higher on specs than any chery. Chery uses the cheapest plastics with cheapest tyres , it’s just poor quality

  • @wcrash9361
    @wcrash9361 Год назад +9

    Obviously a paid by chery review as you didn’t mention many of the negatives that aussie reviewers have mentioned

      Reviewers are elitist wankers in general and what bothers them doesn't necessarily bother ordinary people.
